"Nothing is right about this motel. For starters, the outdoor Ramada Inn sign does not illuminate. The parking lot is full of potholes and has gravel spread all over the place. Supposed to be pet friendly but not a blade of grass to be found anywhere-not even weeds for a dog to do its business. DO NOT BELIEVE THE WEBSITE. Early check in: We requested an early check in for a first floor room with a king bed. At 2pm when we arrived, the room was not ready and did not know when it would be ready. As we were taking a "down day" and needed the rest, we accepted a queen size bed (which was really a double size bed). The pool was down and had been down for over a month with no idea of when it would be repaired. The fitness center was closed indefinitely due to repairs with no sign of repair being made. The hot breakfast consisted of hot coffee and nothing else-not even hot tea or chocolate. While the room has a refrigerator, it DOES NOT have a microwave. The laundry consisted of one washer and one dryer with the dryer not working. Makes it almost impossible to do laundry. The room itself was ok at best. The desk does not have an electrical outlet to connect a PC. In my opinion, Wyndam needs to withdraw its association with this motel or force to close until it repaired to meet Wydamn's high standards. Please for your own sanity, do not stay here! "
