Wasn’t too happy staying here. He didn’t give me back my drivers license When I was checking out. Why even ask for the drivers license when you’re checking out. I was also charged 

The customer service wasnt the best could have been better. The maid service was bad. They didnt even change out ny room, had ro get clewn towels muself. Then after i check2d out, i get an emailed invoice with wwird transactions. Im still going in circles trying to get my deposit fee back. There should be no reason for them to keep it.

I like that the comforter and sheets I made out of cotton there is a lot of space a lot of lights windows can open you can adjust your own temperature and it is very surprising microwave refrigerator. We didn't really need them but still it was nice experience

Need to add some good fragrance or air freshener in the lobby and rooms. Sink water didn’t have any pressure so water was splashing everywhere and no drain stopper available. Tub could’ve been cleaner too. Looked like orange water scum at bottom of the tub which made me not comfortable getting into the tub to take a shower

We were not given the room we booked. Room hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Shower was messed up. Continually lied to for the entire stay. Refund not issued in a remotely timely manner. Stay far away from this place!

First of all the carpet in the hall was dirty. There were children playing in the lobby like they were just sitting there trying to get out of the sun get to the room. The room looked nice. The sheets on the bed were brown. The toilet overflow, the towels were dirty. I did not get my deposit back because he accused us of breaking the sink. We were all adults there we only use the sink to brush our teeth and wash our face had an odor. I burnt my candle and he got upset and I The toilet overflow, the towels were dirty. We do not usually leave reviews... We grabbed this hotel at the last minute and trusted the Wyndham name. By the time we settled in we just settled for staying - it was late. But there were so many things wrong with this location and especially their advertisements... but the roach got me totally aggravated in the morning. 1. Bed was Full size and not a Queen, the 2 pillows were tiny and had to go downstair to get 2 more. 2. Room was "mirco" small. 3. Hallway walls were smacked around and in need of repair and carpet was stained. 4. The internet did not come up as an option on our devices. 5. The TV didn't work properly... it lost picture and sound and remote would only operation about 18 inches from the TV. 6. The tub was stained and rusty. 7. There was a nail sticking out dangerously from a corner protector. 8. Blow dryer was half pulled out the wall. 9. Found a dead roach on the floor in the morning. Extra comfy beds await right off highway 5. I definitely recommend the hash browns for breakfast. Excellent stay

I enjoyed my stay at Microtel. It was simple and clean inside. The room and bed were comfortable. I needed a light at the bed but otherwise everything was there. I didn’t eat the breakfast I only saw a man at the desk when I came in and a woman when I left. I had a second floor but the elevator was ok
