Bed & Breakfast Rezidenca Pipanova

Great apartments, friendly staff & lovely burgers! We drove down to Ljubljana from the UK in August 2024 while enroute to Croatia and opted to stay here for 2 days as it had free parking, wasn't far from the city centre and other attractions. Parking onsite can get competitive at times, but we would eventually find a space. There is an onsite bar and restaurant managed by a lovely gentleman who goes by the name of 'Jigga'.... yeah, like Jay-Z. He also manages the apartments so when we arrived at the property quite late on Day 1 he was kind enough to keep the restaurant open till later than usual and served us some amazing own-recipe burgers. I’d highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind not being in the city centre… we thought it was a bonus to not be in the centre of town, where parking can be an issue. Thanks 'Jigga'.... it was a pleasure to meet you and we had a stay great.

Excellent staff! Great burgerbar - also has breakfast, drinks etc. The “reception” is in the burgerbar. The cleaning was mediocre. Clean on the surface, but they didn’t clean under the bed and couch. Besides dust, I could see old brochures. Also dirt and an old toothpaste behind the washer in the bathroom. Besides that it was ok. Nice temperature in the apartment and nice with the washer and dishwasher. The apartment itself could use a bit of love. It needs finishing touches, but all in all it was ok. Although the bed was very soft when you sat down, luckily the rest of the mattress was better. All in all worth a stay even though I expected a higher standard when booking.

I was traveling with my motorcycle friends in slovenia and chose this b&b to stay for 6 days. It quickly became clear that it was the best decision to choose this B&B. The communication by e-mail was very friendly. And since the outward journey took a little longer, our check in was postponed. All no problem the owner is extremely flexible. He even cooked us delicious burgers in his bistro! Although on Sunday it would be actually closed. Generally the studios are large and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty and lots of choice. The chef was not lying when he said he had the best burgers in Slovenia. I would stay there again immediately
