此行一路有驚喜，體驗非常贊。
酒店建築很有設計感，服務周到貼心，隨處可見經營團隊的用心用情，比如早餐似乎是不經意的小有調整，令餐食尤顯可口，比如室外座椅、牆角小景擦拭、收拾得乾淨、整潔，讓人移步就可休憩、觀景。此等服務水準，遠超國內不少五星級酒店，甚至三亞、雲南等地的一些超五星酒店亦難以比肩。
入住首日即見湖上落日餘暉，然後紅霞滿天，真是大驚喜，而第二天細雨中漫步林間湖畔，看一二遊人騎行而過，何嘗不是一大享受。而步行百餘米，就是風格引人贊歎的方所文化村，還有堪稱驚艷的天目書塔，無疑是與愛書人的一場邂逅。最大驚喜來自退房時刻，美麗的前台小姐姐遞上一份精緻包裝的伴手禮，一遞一接中傳出的親切，還有誰會覺得袋子裏裝的酸奶、小點心不夠貼心和温馨呢，唯驚喜也在此時轉化為下雪時節再來小住的暗許。

雖然是湖景房但是陽台正面有棵樹 基本上也看不到寬闊的湖景了
早餐種類較少
工作人員服務還可以 退房時還送了小禮品

小精品酒店，感覺像會所，滿園桂花香讓人心曠神怡。服務最好的是門口笑呵呵的引導員大叔，特別熱情主動，周到的讓人吃驚。樓層服務員也不錯，看長者單獨住一個房間，特意提醒要小心。安排的觀影活動時間應該靈活一點，尤其是客人少的時候。早餐自助要遠遠好於套餐。
