It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city by taxi. Although it is a bit far, it is very convenient to get a taxi. There is also a temple 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Tianmu Lake Hotel is located at No. 588 Yingbin Avenue, Tianmu Lake Tourism Resort, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a five-star hotel with Tianmu Lake in front of the hotel. The hotel has a good environment and is clean. The lake view room we stayed in faces the scenery of Tianmu Lake. The air is good. Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The hotel feels very good, with high quality and low price. The receptionist Qian Yang was enthusiastic and offered free room upgrades. The introduction was very detailed and the breakfast was also very good. There are not many varieties, but they are all the best, and they are not cheap. They are enough to eat. In the guest room, they thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner for us and introduced us to the hotel's information. When we walked past the reception desk, all the staff greeted us warmly. If you have any problems, you just need to tell the housekeeper on WeChat, and the housekeeper will answer us promptly. The room also comes with a large bottle of mineral water, which many hotels cannot do. We booked a private hot spring room, and there is a private hot spring pool on the balcony. You can soak in the hot springs without having to go to the public hot spring area and squeeze in with other people. My friend said that he doesn’t like bathing in public hot springs. The hotel has a windmill passage, which is lit up at night. It is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. I also ate casserole fish head in the evening. The hotel is right next to Tianmu Hot Spring. I stayed here with my parents and kids for two days during the May Day holiday. The hotel gave 2 hot spring tickets per room per night, a total of 8 tickets, and we soaked in the hot spring for two consecutive days. Good reviews! Parking is also very convenient at the hotel. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. It was not full during the May Day holiday. It was very large. When checking out, the front desk gave the kid a teddy bear and a souvenir.

We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment three days before the New Year. We were worried about making a bad choice and compared many hotels online. In the end, we chose this one. She introduced the hotel and attractions to us with a smile the whole time. Our meal reservations were made in time and the whole process was basically smooth. For meals, we recommend the fish head pot set meal and teppanyaki. They are perfect and I love them. The happiness index is 99 points. The only disappointment is the Genting Restaurant. It cost 528 yuan for one person and the meal was very bad. The meat was not fresh, the leaves of the desserts and fruits were all withered, and we only ate one bite of the three steaks before giving up. It was a waste. I don't recommend it. Everything else is very good. Sisters can go for it!

I looked at all the surrounding hotels and decided to stick with this Elong Hotel. The hotel is newly renovated and has underground parking. There are plenty of parking spaces at the venue for easy parking, and the trams are charged, which is very convenient. There is also free laundry and drying, so the clothes can be worn immediately.
