This is an old grand hotel. Great location an easy walk to many popular destinations. The room is huge with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. Please know that this hotel is huge and you literally have to walk around the halls to find an elevator. The furniture in the rooms needs some updating and the flooring in front of the elevators on each floor desperately needs renovation but this property overall is a good value.

We previously stayed here a few times before Covid and were so happy to return. We really like this hotel and the lovely friendly staff who always make the stay special. Our king room was spotless, spacious and comfortable and nice and warm. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and we also ate at the hotel in the evening. A good menu, reasonably priced and the meals went down very well. We love the bar, dining room on the second floor where we could sit and watch the world go by! We look forward to returning.

Checked out this morning as I had an appointment at Liverpool Hospital, beds were very comfy and the Hotel was very welcoming, lovely fish aquarium in the lobby which was very fitting with the theme. Breakfast was great with very lovely food and lovely wait staff, in particular a lovely tall brown haired girl, I forgot to ask her name, stood and had a conversation with me then gave me directions to the hotel and offered to call my taxi for me. Would recommend to any weary travellers looking for a good nights sleep and a lovely cooked breakfast.

The studios, are ideal for a visit to Liverpool, approx 10 minutes walk from Lime St Station, check in was very good we arrived about 1.30pm for a 3pm check in and we were able to check in early, but even if we couldn’t at least we could drop the bags off, the studio is compact with everything you need for your stay, even a ironing board and iron were provided plus a hairdryer, and an excellent fan, as it was warm in the room when we arrived, everything was provided for you to cook meals if you wanted to in the kitchen area, pots pans, crockery and cutlery, the fridge was a bonus, appreciated the free waters and Pepsi Max in the fridge, also a kettle and coffee, tea, hot chocolate sachets, really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return in the future.

The location of this hotel is perfect. A few minutes walk up James Street towards all the shopping, cinema, restaurants in Liverpool One as well as the rest of the city and if you go the opposite way you are at Albert Dock. There is a Weatherspoons directly across the road serving food and drinks too The whole building is clean and modern. Unfortunately, we found the beds to be uncomfortable. So hard to get a good night's sleep. Some floors seem to be used for emergency housing, a lot of people just hanging around and bringing old bikes up the lifts. Whole building heating is set really high. Drinks from the fridge are expensive €5 for a water and pepsi. No parking (you have to park at Liverpool One) so if it's raining you will be soaked by the time you walk back to the hotel. It's not cheap either £16 pound from 10pm -10am (off peak) and that included a €30 off voucher from the hotel. I would still use this hotel but probably more as a solo traveller.

I stayed at this hotel for three days when I came to Liverpool this time.
In terms of hygiene, the pillowcases, sheets and bath towels all had dirty stains and yellow spots. It was really inconsistent with being a 5-star hotel (although they were replaced immediately when we asked for them).
Second, it happened that the waiter left the towel in the room after cleaning the room. We returned the towel and took it away without apologizing or anything.
It is recommended that you really bring your own sheets and pillowcases when you go abroad. The quality of the five-star hotels shows that the cleaning or acceptance standards of many items are not up to standard.
But the dining environment in the lobby of u1s1 hotel is very beautiful, and the service and attitude in the lobby are very good. well

Excellent location to visit all points of interest. The continental buffet breakfast is good. The negative thing is that they don't make your room for you and that the internet connection is terrible, if you want wifi you have 30 minutes a day for free, otherwise you have to pay 3 pounds a day.

Outstanding
GGuest Userwe came back from an event approx midnight. asked for 2 glasses of red wine at the bar. staff member offered us a number of bottles . we picked one, she opened it. then the duty manager turned up and said that this wine wasn’t available by the glass only by the bottle. ( which was £55) we explained that we were offered this option by the bar staff but he still said no. bar staff then had to put the cork back in the bottle. we asked how they could do that when it could only bought by the bottle and no customer would buy a bottle of wine that had already been opened. no change. out of courtesy to the bar staff we agreed to pick another red wine. turns out they only had one glass left of that one and no spares . therefore we ended up with our 3rd choice option. this all took 45mns from order to serve. some of the worst hotel service we have ever had.
GGuest UserBrilliant location, right in the centre. The staff were brill - checked in early and left luggage- when we returned the room wasn’t ready so ordered a wine which came at the same time as our room became available so the staff took it to our room and bags for us. Had a junior suite which was perfect for a family . Complimentary drinks went down a treat pre evening meal. Were booked into the Resident in Covent Garden later this week so hopefully they will be as amazing as the team in Liverpool
GGuest UserA lot of the time you will call a receptionist and get the same over used explanation and non answer when you are going to stay at a hotel, You have a list of questions and want your stay to be the best it can be. This treatment often gives you an opinion that can colours your stay. But rest assured, if you talk to Sally at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, that will not be the case. I was extremely impressed when I called on Tuesday 04.10.22. I asked Sally a series of questions that helped me feel good about my stay and even though she said she was new , she found answers to all my questions. Helpful, through and efficient. Thank you Titanic Hotel Liverpool, you have a real asset in that staff member . Thank you Sally , I really look forward to my stay now.
GGiani DeClean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.
GGuest UserLocation couldn't be better. Hotel is basic but serviceable, but I wish they had spent a little more on interiors for the beautiful building and interiors. You are in a world-heritage site but the room furnishings are basic roadside motel quality. It was particularly funny that the room itself was very large - with a basic double bed perched in one corner - there as room for a super king, which would look better and be nicer and only cost a tiny bit more. Bathroom was basic but fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts are small and slow, but I suspect that's a limitation of the space available and rules about listed buildings. But you stay here for the location and we were very pleased with that. TIP - don't bother parking at Liverpool ONE which is a hike away. Pay and display parking right at Albert Dock is essentially the same price and way more convenient
GGuest UserAll ok except assigned a disabled room for no,reason. All bathroom fittings low level to accommodate wheelchair users which were difficult to use if not in wheelchair also the water tap for showere was very stiff and virtually impossible to turn, off when wet. Room service food very limited due nil chef. Parking worked well but was an extra cost I wasn’t expecting till just before arrival.
汪汪The staff are very enthusiastic and feel that Liverpool's service industry is just so good. Outside restaurants, sightseeing buses, museums and other staff are particularly enthusiastic. This hotel pays for breakfast by yourself. Guests staying in the hotel will get a 20% discount, 8 pounds. It is the first time for a child to eat English breakfast, which is very novel and leaves a good impression. The room in this hotel is very big. I have four people with one bed per person. The room is very big, except for the bed.
LLarsonDanielLocation was great as it's at the bottom of the main town in Liverpool. Across the road has a few places to eat which were nice especially the meat place. We arrived at 2:30pm thinking we could have checked in earlier than the 3pm as most hotels don't mind however we were told no and no earlier than 3pm. Also which doesn't state is the parking you have to pay for even though the hotel owns the car park and was informed even the staff have to pay parking which is shocking. Also there is a £50 deposit which uninformed of as well. The room was nice but I would say it's slightly run down it felt like a millionaire had taken it over spent a fortune on the place and passed it off to a family member and they didn't care about it. When we spoke to the staff they mostly said the same thing it's just a party hotel and hens/stag events which is such a shame. The staff were pleasant especially the guy in the restaurant who got me a coffee great to talk to and knowledgeable. Amenities were ok but nothing special. I will say however trying to phone this place is a nightmare they don't answer the phone. I would book again but not with family but friends would be a great option.
GGuest UserCity Studios, Rodney Street, is an excellent location in Liverpool - easily accessible for cultural and city attractions. The system for gaining access to the property worked well, in that the access codes came in good time and were fairly easy to use. The studio was lovely and warm, comfortable and clean, with good kitchen facilities. The only thing wrong was that the shower didn't work, although there was plenty of hot water. As we were only staying one night, we didn't ask for help with this, as we only found out quite late in the evening. If we'd been staying longer, we would have contacted the help number, and I'm sure something would have been done about it. We would use this venue again.
LLisaPeach23Disaster. Rooms were far from clean with very few items stocked. No mugs at all. All surfaces were dirty. Windows/blinds didn’t work and a huge hike up stairs with large bags. Couch filthy. My elderly parents were in a room with the living area in the basement which stank due to the shower leaking and the carpets were soaked. Their room was on the Main Street with people smoking & drinking directly outside. Customer service woeful - zero communication or help with check in and over two weeks later we are still waiting for 250 pound security deposit to be returned. Completely unacceptable and we are having to chase daily.
