The condition of the property was extremely poor. It was so uninhabitable that my engineer refused to remain in the room, which is quite telling given that he typically stays away for extended periods. There were makeshift wooden supports under the bed, broken tiles, a lack of cleanliness, no curtains in the room, and the front door was incessantly slamming due to the comings and goings of guests. I reached out to the property management, and while they offered an alternative room, it would not be available until the following day, which was not a feasible solution for us. Consequently, we had to secure accommodations at another hotel, and we did not receive any refund from the property. Additionally, they prevented me from posting a review, necessitating my contact with *********** to share my experience.
