Okay stay. Room was tired and run down in places. Room was very warm, no aircon, and too much outside noise for windows to be open so room was too warm to sleep. Parking expensive £25 for 24 hours, there’s was a discount code in the lobby but couldn’t use it on departure which was annoying. Good breakfast. Swimming pool was freezing.

Had to book a 1/2 time slot to use pool. No play area for kids which was advertised on Web. Lack of staff which reflected low customer service. Great breakfast variety but lack of plates, bowls and glasses.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel, especially as my family and I were unfortunately left in the city after we missed our last train.
The staff were very accommodating, and we were given a free upgrade to the executive suite after a mishap and explaining our situation.
The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, very well ventilated, and clean.
The towels were extra soft, and there was more than enough to accommodate my family. We received cosy dressing gowns and slippers.
We had extra pillows in the bed, and it was extremely comfortable.
The bathroom amenities were divine, too. The shower room was a great design with very good lighting.
The location was perfect, under a 10 min walk from Liverpool Lime St rail station.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center and the beach. The room is decent and the breakfast is a standard English breakfast. The hotel's swimming pool is a joke, suitable for children to play in the water. The gym is very small and cannot provide fitness fun. Parking is in the Shopping Center opposite the hotel. The hotel said that you can scan the code to get a 30% discount, but the operation failed several times, so you can only pay the full amount.

The location is really convenient to go to some famous places and take buses to somewhere. I will choice this hotel again if I will go to Liverpool next time.
