Hotel Wanda Realm Liuzhou is a 5-star Hotel located adjacent to Wanda Plaza Liuzhou, so you can get everything very easily without hassle. The hotel lobby is grande, the facilities is complete and in good condition, and my room is very clean. The buffet restaurant menu is also nice with a very reasonable price. In addition, the front desk staffs and the bell boy are very kind and polite, eventhough with a very limited English. It was a very pleasant stay in Wanda Realm Liuzhou. The hotel is located in New City, but still within 10-15 min driving to the Old City, where most of the Tourist Attraction located.

This is my fifth time in Liuzhou. Every time I come to Liuzhou, I stay in a different five-star hotel. This time I stayed in the Radisson Blu Hotel, and I feel that this hotel is very good. First of all, the surrounding environment of this hotel is very good, and it is very convenient to find food. They are all my favorite foods. The morning tea is better than ours in Guangzhou. There is also a beef offal shop that I like very much near the hotel. Two very famous attractions in Liuzhou are near the hotel (Yaobu ​​Ancient Town, Industrial Museum). Since we booked the train tickets relatively late, we communicated with the front desk. They were very helpful and delayed our check-out time to four o'clock in the afternoon, so that we have enough rest time. Thank you very much to the beautiful Chunmin at the front desk. Traveling during the Qingming Festival, I wanted to find a newer house near the river. Of course, Berman was the first choice. The front desk lady was very nice. Knowing that we were three people staying, she reminded the room to give us extra towels and drinking water. There were also drinks and mugwort cakes behind the front desk. The room was very clean, and it was separated into dry and wet areas. The window faced the bridge, and the view was very good. The indoor air conditioning was also very powerful. It was a bit cold on the first day because of the rain. I turned on the heater and sweated after a while. Breakfast was on the 5th floor. The only drawback was that it was not available during peak hours, but you could have some noodles. There was plenty of noodles. If there was no omelette, you could tell the lady and she would make it for you. Overall, it was good. The price should be very reasonable during non-holidays. The price-performance ratio was OK.

這次選這家酒店主要是朋友推薦，説之前住過這裏出行比較方便。先説優點，酒店就在五星街，樓下就是小吃街和商圈很方便，距離青雲市場就500M左右，去碼頭坐船也比較方便。 但是缺點就是非常吵，隔應很不好，高樓層水壓有問題，進出電梯的刷卡形同虛設，半夜有人敲門，安全問題有待改善。酒店有窗的一側基本都是在小吃街一側偶像酒吧吵到3點多。我這一次出行換了兩個房間，第一個房間在低樓層因為高樓層沒房間了，但是早上8點左右，樓下其他商家會裝修，而且晚上樓層低樓下酒吧就非常吵。第二次換到高樓層8樓，但是隔壁正常打電話的聲音很清楚（第一次的房間聽不見是因為隔壁都沒有住人，所以當時不知道隔音有問題），看視頻的聲音也能聽到。另外就高樓層水壓有問題，按理我下午2點左右洗頭那個時候不應該存在多用户同時用水導致水流小的問題，但是就是熱水很小最後直接沒有了，想打電話反映結果酒店電話又是壞的，最後衹能用冷水洗完頭………… 第三個雷點就是酒店電梯雖然安裝了了刷卡才能用電梯的裝置，但是其實不刷卡也能用地鐵，酒店從4—10都，下面幾個樓層分別是酒吧、餐飲，魚龍混雜，安全感一般，甚至可以説不好。導致我換房間也是因為半夜12：20左右有人敲門説是外賣，但是我沒有訂外賣。和前台反映了，前台小姐姐態度倒是很好，讓保安來巡邏和查監控，也提出免費贈送早餐的服務，也同意換房間的要求。（這裡是遇到的雷點中比較滿意的地方）

Because I am allergic to dust, I troubled the service staff to help change the room late at night. Although the new room also has this problem, I am really grateful to the waiters that night for doing their best to solve the problem for the guests.

Advantages: 1️⃣ The floor is high and the orientation is good. The Liujiang River is right under your eyes. It is quite stunning when you see it during the day. At night, given that there is no night view, it is just so-so. 2️⃣ The control of the room lighting is relatively simple and clear among the hotels I have stayed in. The switches are near each corresponding area! I don’t even want to talk about some hotels. The switches are knobs, buttons, and touch screens, and one light is controlled in three or four positions. 3️⃣ The bathtub is really good. First of all, the location is facing the river. Of course, the same thing applies. If you take a bath at night, it’s still not very good. In addition, I think its size and ergonomics are great. I am 172cm tall and I don’t slide down or twist my neck when I lie down. 4️⃣ The location is good. It is close to several popular check-in stores, markets, and parks. However, given that these things are relatively concentrated and there are many hotels nearby, this can only be regarded as a relatively ordinary advantage. Disadvantages: 1️⃣The mattress I really want to complain about! Hard! Hard! Hard! There is no wrapping feeling at all! The pillow is thin! Thin! Thin! The quilt is rough! Rough! Rough! Anyway, the things on the bed are really cheap... But this is just my personal feeling, just for reference for people who have these needs like me! 2️⃣On the first day of check-in, we were lying in the room, and a staff member opened the door and came in directly... saying that they wanted to disinfect, but they didn't know that we had checked in. It was really speechless... I think this is really a management problem. Fortunately, we didn't do anything, otherwise it would be so embarrassing? 3️⃣I don't like large areas of wool carpets, which is a hygiene problem. There is no do not disturb button at the door and you have to hang a sign manually, which is a detail problem. The reusable bottles for shower gel and shampoo are locked with a special card holder. I think it is just to prevent gentlemen but not villains. Although it is for environmental protection considerations, you have to consider the feelings of customers, which is a detail problem. I planned to experience the customs of Guangxi on the third day of March, but there were too many people. I didn't have to walk by myself. I was pushed forward for free the whole way. The hotel is in a good location, the hygiene is good, and the breakfast variety is OK. There is an intern sister at the front desk who provides very good service. But the only bad thing is the elevator. One of the two elevators was under maintenance. After the maintenance, the other one was repaired. Only on the last day of the three days could the two elevators be used at the same time, but the sound of the iron chain up and down was a bit scary. I was really afraid that the elevator would suddenly malfunction.

The main reason is that I booked it near the Five Star Pedestrian Street, but it turned out to be not close at all. If you want to be closer, you can book something else.
