大堂在21樓，前台提供了預約打包早餐服務，點讚的，分量足夠，這次幫忙升級了房間，房間寬敞，乾淨，服務都很不錯，點贊海鮮！提供了寄存服務，退房早也可以先存行李！

與其他酒店不同的是，總枱和餐廳在21層，客房21層以下。房間佈局合理，整潔乾淨，房間還可以看到遠處的柳江。早餐有螺螄粉和桂林米粉，種類還比較多。
