整體來説入住不錯，服務還好。但是在離店後才發現遺落了一條褲子，諮詢前台很敷衍，衹是説服務員沒有登記住客有遺落就告訴我沒有。我請他們再問問服務員，然後給我一個回覆，結果就沒有後續了，打電話也一直是無法接通，這個就有點過分了。雖然褲子價值不高，但是確實影響心情。我確定是遺落在酒店房間裏，卻最終還是沒有回覆，太令人失望了。
