The instructions for accessing the property were really clear, well communicated ahead of time, and I stayed in a charming old cottage. A really safe, quiet part of town, and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. Susan was very friendly and helpful! I shall stay here again if I return to Little Rock!

Rosemont B&B provided the perfect retreat for my husband and I during a difficult time. Following the unexpected passing of my mother in law, we spent four days at the B&B, finding solace in its serene surroundings. The property features a charming garden with a delightful porch swing, and we opted to stay in the Gardener's cottage. Each morning, we enjoyed a lovely array of pastries to start our day, and in the evenings, the jacuzzi provided a soothing respite from the day's stress.

Lovely spot on well kept property. I wish I'd had more time and I would have taken advantage of cooking the eggs, bacon, and croissant.

Loved this little place. Everything was really nice - well stocked kitchen and super comfortable bed. Walkable to coffee, local brewery and many restaurants. Two things to know before you go: the counters have been raised to the point where I (five-foot-three) had a bit of trouble. And the a/c is noisy. Other than that, five stars!

There is NOTHING upscale about this property! We often stay at B&B’s when traveling and have stayed at numerous B&B’s. We have NEVER had this kind of a situation occur. We were shocked with the state the neighborhood and how unsafe it presented itself. This may be considered an historic area, but if so, it is in need of a huge reset. I did see signs indicating governor’s mansion was somewhat nearby, we did not investigate. We hurriedly left the area. I imagine the governor’s mansion must have round the clock security and a very high impenetrable fence. Also an upscale B&B does not have an unattended property with a “fix it yourself” style breakfast. (Just another little item this property fails to mention outside of the cancellation period) I didn’t even mention that issue since it seemed minuscule in comparison to the huge safety issues. We contacted the property management, expressed our concerns and requested a refund. We were denied. Do NOT stay here, unless you like boarded up windows or barred windows next door. The Rosemont is simply one of the best places we stayed at in all of Arkansas. It was only for one night on a road trip across the state, but it could not have been more perfect. Clean, cozy, cutely decorated, smelled good, unique, safe, walkable neighborhood, interesting things to see and eat and do nearby. Oh and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Reasonably priced for all the bonuses of staying there, and the communication was excellent to boot. Would absolutely stay there again.
