We traveled to LR for medical appointments. The QI/West Little Rock is so conveniently located for getting into the city. The staff was attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, quiet, and clean. We visited in the exercise room, the snack center, and the lobby, all of which were well-organized and freshly cleaned. Plenty of restaurants and easy access to the highways made the location perfect for visitors.

The Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice and professional. Breakfast was ok. The location was close to the airport. Very easy to get too. The staff was helpful with directions to restaurants and grocery stores. Would go back to this hotel next time im in Arkansas

The hotel was very comfortable and accomodating. The pillows were nice and the bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was very good, especially the eggs and sausage. The area around the hotel seemed very safe and secure so we did not have a problem leaving some things in our car. The staff was very friendly.

Rude and Self Absorbed Atmosphere by the Front Desk Clerk and then again by Property Manager. Did not accept responsibility for incompetence but pointed finger elsewhere and made lame excuses. Not real sure why they are in the hospitality business.

Good location. Clean, well-maintained hotel. Everything in the room was satisfactory.. I also liked there was a list of restaurants and malls near the motel at the front desk. Had no problems checking in and out.. Breakfast was good.. Will stay here again

I have stayed here several times for work and it’s been pleasant. Rooms are always clean and the parking lot as well. Eggs are a little runny but other than that it was great. The price for the room was such a deal. Compared to other places and amenities this was the right one.

The room was very clean and comfortable. More importantly, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was plenty and tasty. They made me feel very welcome. I also feel very safe at this hotel, a real bonus since traveling alone.

Stayed here one night while traveling through Little Rock and liked it. Check in was a breeze, staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, and bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very basic, eggs and sausage with various kinds of cereal and pastries. My only complaint was our air conditioning seemed to have trouble getting room cool, but it was 100 degrees outside. We would return.

Very clean rooms. Updated with lots of outlets & USB ports. Friendly staff. They were late getting breakfast ready. Got our room & the key card would not open the door. We were promptly given a new room and had no problems with the key card. Would stay here again
