Overall, I was a little disappointed with the experience. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, I really enjoyed my previous experience. I always make some special requests, namely to stay on higher floors. I made this reservation over a month in advance, and placed a request to that effect. When I arrived at the hotel, not only did I get an immediate no regarding early check-in (which I understand, but I feel like it could be said in a lighter way), but they hadn't even received the requests I had made. At 3pm I went into the room, but when I arrived, not only was the key not working, but there was also no clothes hanger to hang the clothes on. I had to ask the cleaning lady, who was very nice and friendly.
Other than that, it was just a little uncomfortable considering the area around the hotel is under construction, so it was noisy.
Conclusion: good experience, but I've had better…
