Great service from the staff! The soundproofing of the hotel is also good! The environment is also good! Although it is not an urban area, it is very convenient to take a taxi or subway in Lisbon ~ Very good review! Loved the trip to Lisbon!

Prima hotel, goede uitvalsbasis om Lissabon te ontdekken. Metrostation letterlijk voor de deur! Kamers beetje oubollig en gedateerd, keiharde bedden! Ontbijt ok, personeel super vriendelijk! Vliegtuiglawaai valt erg mee als de ramen dicht zijn. Vooral dalende vliegtuigen, dus heel kort maar hoorbaar. Airco werkt geweldig!

Me he hospedado en este hotel 3 noches, durante mi viaje a Lisboa, y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Primeramente, la ubicación del hotel es espectacular, al lado del metro y en una zona muy tranquila cerca de un parque y a 5 minutos de supermercados. La habitación que nos ha tocado era perfecta, con unas vistas espectaculares desde la 9a planta y totalmente equipada con champú, jabón y toallas. La cama cómoda y la limpieza de la habitación, impecable. Por lo que hace al personal del hotel, muy agradable y atento. Cuando llegamos nos guardaron las maletas antes de hacer el check in después de que hiciéramos el check out para que pudiéramos visitar la ciudad cómodamente, sin ningún coste adicional. Todo el personal que nos atendió nos atendió en español, por lo tanto la comunicación fue excelente. Finalmente, aunque solo desayunamos un día, el precio del desayuno nos pareció excesivo (16€) por lo que se ofrecía. Si un día tenéis menos tiempo, no esta mal, pero creo que por menos se puede desayunar en cualquier otra cafetería de la ciudad. Si algún día vuelvo a Lisboa no dudaré ni un segundo en volver a hospedarme aquí.

Great hotel. It is north of downtown but close enough for easy access. The metro is literally steps away from the front door. 10 mins walk from a Lidl grocery store. Simple but clean room. Everyone was so friendly. We arrived early from our flight and they were able to check us in early and explain how to operate the ac. Comes with safe and mini fridge. Wonderful stay!
