This hotel is in an excellent location on a very popular street that leads to ocean views. Despite it being in this area, my room was surprisingly very quiet. Service is nice and friendly.
The only downside was that when taking the shower I had to be careful because the hot water was way too hot and required constant adjustments to stay at a good temperature.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a pedestrian street downstairs and a few steps away from the commercial plaza. Food and transportation are convenient. The staff has a good service attitude.
The only thing is that the hotel room is very small, so small that even turning around is a bit difficult. In addition, the ceilings on the floors should be separated by wooden boards, so it is clear to walk upstairs and downstairs.

All of the people who wrote 5 star reviews must have been staying at a different hotel than the one we stayed in. The room we stayed in was tiny and dumpy. Barely room for the luggage. The bathroom had filtjy paint on the walls (no tile), no room to maneuver and when my partner took a shower, the glass panel shower door fell off the track. Fortunately, he caught it before it shatter d. He had to struggle to get it back on due to its weight. Since he is an engineer, he figured out how to put it back on, but the fact remains that the shower was dangerous. The water in the shower was either boiling or freezing. There was nothing in between. We reported the shower door issue. to the front desk and they acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even offer us another room. In fact,, all of the employees we encountered were either rude or apathetic. Fortunately, we were only staying one night.
