Before we arrived, the Airbnb app said that we could check in ourselves using the key box and door code. When we arrived, however, we were not allowed to do this and had to give all of our contact details again. Even though he saw our names and information, he gave us the room on the 4th floor, even though the Airbnb message said the room was on the 2nd floor. We assumed we were changing rooms and did not complain because he had double-checked our details. We then moved into the room and went into town. 2 hours later, we received a message that this was not our room and that we had to change. We then went back to the Airbnb and arrived there about 30 minutes after the first message. The host or his partner had already packed up all of our things themselves and brought them to the new room - WITHOUT OUR CONSENT! This is simply highly unacceptable and unjustifiable! It was also so hot in the room that it was difficult to sleep and airing it out was out of the question because of the noise outside.

The apartment has good beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The owner is very helpful. If you ask something, it will be arranged. Please note that the apartment is on the top (=4th) floor. Because it is located in the middle of a nightlife area, it is not suitable for those seeking peace and quiet. There are many restaurants and bars very close by. In warm weather, many people stay outside and music can be heard loudly. This lasts until about half past two in the morning. Despite the fact that the windows are double glazed and there are shutters in front of the windows, the sound penetrates very well. And then it also gets very warm in the rooms. This means that you can sleep very badly (not even with earplugs.) This was the reason for us to shorten the visit.
