El Duo Hotel es un hotel nuevo en Lisboa, esta muy bonito y delicadamente decorado, las camas muy comodas, el funciona muy bien, el baño esta bueno tambien. Mi sugerencia la hotel es que le falta un tocador, o mas espacio en el baño para los toiletries y mas area para colgar ropa. El personal es muy amable pero son nuevos, tardamos muchisimo para el check in. Si lo recomiendo. Puedes caminar a todos los sitios y accesso al trasporte publico.

The customer service here is terrible. I had an early arrival and called the hotel 15 times prior to my arrival (all week multiple times day and night). They never picked up the phone. I arrived just after 6 am and though they had my room ready Luis at the front desk insisted that I pay $100 Euros for early check-in. I'm a Hilton honors member and travel over 200 days a year and have never had this experience of your room being ready and they refuse to let you check in to shower and get ready to enjoy the city. I promptly called Marriott and they took me in right away no charge for early check in since they had rooms available so at least I know it's not a "Portugal" thing. I also obtained a printed out document showing they canceled the reservation since there would be no way to follow up with them. Fyi...I called while I was there and they didn't pick up either. What a waste of the Hilton name...

Modern, new hotel. Well equipped rooms except no seating position with plug nearby for hair drying etc. Well soundproofed (ours was opposite the elevator but you’d never have known). Courtyard is a great feature. Excellent breakfast although egg service could be quicker. Great reception team (especially Raquel). Location good per other posters. Small niggle...Diamond member daily water bottles are not replaced as it’s “the hotel policy” not to. That’s a bit short sighted given the price point of the hotel and that 2 bottles barely cost the hotel one Euro! Otherwise will definitely stay again….

The Duo hotel is located near but not in the very crowded Lisbon downtown. Perfect spot, lots of food options around (Time out market, breakfast/lunch, etc.). Staff was very helpful and actioned on feedback quickly. Great option for families, we will come back.

Hotel is bright and clean with very comfortable beds; good, spacious showers, and lovely toiletries. The courtyard area is very pretty, and the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the old town and has some lovely bars and restaurants close-by. However, problems were encountered at check-in; the breakfast service was poor each day, with delays in replenishing some basic buffet options, and orders for eggs taking an eternity to be served. Housekeeping was hit and miss, - our room was cleaned well but each day they failed to replenish tea / coffee / creamer, or provide the correct number of clean towels. It therefore appeared that staff would benefit from customer service training. Tip: ask for a room facing the courtyard, as rooms facing the road look directly onto noisy and unsightly construction works opposite.

Beds are Great. Pillows are perfect. Service and personnel are Zero! Sadly, this hotel is still NOT operational. You could say that it is either non-functional (no service, no communications, no room cleaning, no refreshed towels or bed linens, etc) or you could say that there is NO management and a very dysfunctional environment. Very sad, as there is potential here, but no people to run the place. As a guest, you are on your own! Beware !!!

A nice hotel in good location - 15 minutes to the Parliament and 10 to a variety of restaurants. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with nice products, a tea pot and a coffee maker. The restaurant is detached and somewhat separate so room service is a bit inconsistent. I had an excellent breakfast provided by helpful staff and not so great dinner with an impatient person on the other side of the phone. Beautiful outdoor space for sunny days.
