Had a great stay. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a modem finish. The breakfast was delicious. Had both Chinese and western options, with a spectacular view.

The hotel is close to the Yi River, and the night view is pleasant. The hotel service is very warm, and I would like to thank the front desk manager Lin Yanqiang for his considerate service. Tea is provided upon check-in, and small gifts and coffee are provided upon check-out. I will choose to stay here again next time.

The breakfast is delicious and rich in variety. There is also a small garden on the fifth floor and a gym laundry room. The location is very close to Taisheng Square in the city center. Next time I stay, I will choose Ramada Encore Hotel 👍 I really recommend it and it is very cost-effective!

Staff very friendly and fast service Room is very clean and Well maintained. They make you feel comfortable in the hotel. ***But there are few negativity they must work on*** As usual NO ENGLISH speakers amongst the staff. Breakfast multi options and many dishes but I didn't eat anything apart from eggs and bread because not foreigner friendly style (more Chinese culture) as simple thing not there like cheese, beans, hashbrown etc. Every thing in the room from water to alcohol to snacks and bath bag all PRICES with labels 🏷 ( looked very cheap for the hotel name) made me feel in a shopping room not a hotel room! Gym was VERY untidy as all weights and equipment laying all round the place (against heath and safety). Swimming pool was shocking as the smell was very bad and unclean around the entrance, life guard was wearing normal clothes and I didn't realise him until seen him walking up and down the pool! Over all was very nice but I hope they take the feedback on and fix the issues as it is good hotel and good staff 👍. Swimming pool and the gym made me give 3 stars for cleanliness!!!

The door is very heavy and sometimes difficult to open. Third, the central air conditioning in the room is natural wind. There is no heating for the time being. I consulted the front desk and said that it will be turned on in November. The room is a little cold. I took the spare quilt in the closet and it was better in the second half of the night. The mirror in the bathroom becomes very blurry after taking a shower. There is no makeup mirror, so it is difficult to see clearly. However, the twin room is still quite large. The breakfast buffet is very crowded, so you can go in and eat just by reporting your room number. There are quite a lot of varieties. I tried the local specialty glutinous rice dumplings and it was delicious with fried dough sticks. Strong recommendation: Separate some family areas to make it easier for mothers to take boys or fathers to take girls to bathe. The current situation is that people above 1m are not allowed to enter areas of the opposite sex. The rule is understandable, but it does not consider the reality at all. A 1m child may only be two years old, but it is really hard to accept that he has to be changed and bathed by unfamiliar staff. Many public places now have family bathrooms. Places like bathing centers should have a large proportion of family changing rooms instead of making it difficult for children.

The only opinion is that after check-in, I need to find the room by myself. After a lot of searching, I found our No. 1 The swimming pool in the courtyard is not very big, but the advantage of private soup is that you can go directly to the hot spring center to save tickets.
