酒店算是在市中心吧，離紫陽街和熊出沒樂園都10來分鐘車程，入住時看我們帶了小朋友主動送了小朋友的早餐，知道我們出來玩的還介紹了一下週邊一些吃的喝的，前台也有貼心的準備了周邊遊的小冊子可以自取，早餐很盛豐，小紅書説的好多糯嘰嘰直接都吃得到，不用費勁去找地方買

從入住前開始服務體驗感就不錯，前台提前確認了我到店時間還給升了房送了早餐，我到店的時候前面剛好有個團隊人比較多，我在一邊等了會，主動有服務員過來詢問了情況還送了張飲品券過來讓我在大堂吧點杯喝的稍作休息，還是很細心的。第二天的早餐也很豐盛，本地的小吃有很多，酒店離紫陽街大概打車10分鐘，還有工作人員推薦的周邊海鮮排檔，老雷，健跳小海鮮都沒有踩雷，很好吃

設施：周邊吃喝逛特別方便，停車有停車場，但車庫有點繞，進出浪費不少時間😅。
衞生：乾淨整潔的
環境：電梯（全季酒店）共用，各刷各的樓層房卡。
服務：辦理入住時衹有一個工作人員在前台，幫別別的客人正在辦理。我帶着長者（快80歲，孩子7歲）想抓緊辦理入住。週六下午1點半左右，但是讓我等了一會，是我一直在問什麼時候能好或者找一個人來幫我們辦理。而且能休息的桌椅放的有一些遠，不太方便來的客人辦理時，同行人就座。前台的服務意識需加強。還有這個套餐裏面送的上江百花園門票，太費勁了，問前台怎麼預約她衹説需要自己預約，這票跟他們酒店沒有關係。這沒有關係，又怎麼放在一起售賣的呢？真是不理解。反正這個百花園沒有去。早餐的服務員態度都是蠻好的，還幫忙主動端咖啡，送到位置上。還是比較暖心的。
