"Our trip was a bit rushed, so we only stayed one night. The front desk lady upgraded both our rooms, and the family suite was really comfortable with great amenities. The direct view of the fireworks was stunning! The only minor issue was finding an old delivery box left by a previous guest in the wardrobe of one room, which probably got missed during cleaning. Other than that, everything was excellent. The service and facilities were completely worth the price. We'll definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy more of the park's facilities when the kids are a bit older."

"The sea view was absolutely stunning, and my kids loved it! Head up to the 7th floor rooftop for an even more amazing sunrise and sunset experience. The front desk service was excellent too; they were very prompt with printing and opening doors for us. It's a testament to their popularity that there's a constant stream of guests at the front desk, even at this time of year. The surrounding area, a Tanka fishing village, has a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe that we really enjoyed. In the evening, we could stroll along the boardwalk on the opposite beach and even saw some 'catch-the-sea' aunties (women foraging for seafood). The only minor drawback was that the cleanliness could have been a little better."

"For over 2,000 a night, the 'luxury sea view room' actually had its sea view blocked by a building. You can have a blocked view, but then it shouldn't be called a sea view room! The bathtub also had no cold water. My first day's experience was, in a word: terrible! They changed my room on the second day, which was much better. I came here because it was advertised as the 'ceiling of parent-child hotels in Lingshui,' but I'd suggest they go see how parent-child hotels in Zhuhai handle details. A playground should be a bonus after a parent-child hotel meets basic standards, not the *only* good thing that covers up other shortcomings."

"Before check-in, Summer proactively added me on WeChat to arrange the room. The hotel facilities and design feel a bit outdated. There weren't enough power outlets in the room, and the shower controls weren't clearly marked. However, the bedding and pillows were soft, and Summer promptly helped me switch to buckwheat pillows, which was great service! 👍 The hotel pool is large and has reasonable opening hours from 9 AM to 10 PM, giving plenty of time to enjoy it. Overall, it offers good value for money, and my stay was quite pleasant! 👍"

"Came here for a wedding, and the experience was fantastic. Welcome fruit: The fruit was very fresh. My parents didn't realize it was only for the first night, but when they called room service the next day, they still sent another platter. Complimentary mini-bar: The drinks in the fridge were also free, which was a nice touch. Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's still clean, hygienic, comfortable, and elegant. Service: From the concierge to room service, all the staff were smiling and incredibly accommodating. Even when I called the front desk late at night, they patiently resolved my issues."

The room has an induction cooker, and it is charged for cooking. "This Westin is my top choice in Lingshui. For a high-end hotel in Clear Water Bay, it offers incredible value for money, perfect for a truly relaxing getaway! It's super friendly for self-drivers, with ample parking both indoors and outdoors, making arrival smooth and queue-free. It's right next to Clear Water Bay, known for its 'singing' sands and clear waters, and the area is both quiet and convenient. The front desk is efficient, the concierge is warm and welcoming, and the smart robot delivery service is very convenient. A special thanks to our butler, Kelly, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The room was clean, with a huge 180° ocean view balcony, and the Heavenly Bed provided an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was extensive, featuring local delicacies like Lingshui sour noodles and 'Qingbuliang' (a sweet cooling dessert). The infinity pool directly overlooks the ocean, and the cave-themed kids' pool is also a highlight. The service, environment, and facilities are all top-notch, making it suitable for business travelers, families, and couples alike. It's definitely on my list of regular stays!"

"This stay was a truly delightful surprise! Nancy provided excellent service, the room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – you could tell a lot of thought went into the details. The food in the dining department was delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff even offered thoughtful recommendations for signature dishes. The newly opened 'Haomeng Lebao' in the recreation area was well-equipped and spacious, making it perfect for either a workout or just relaxing. But what really stood out was the service from all the staff – warm, attentive, yet always professional. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next visit!"

"The scenery at Clear Water Bay truly lives up to its reputation. The sea is incredibly blue, the sand is perfectly white, and the sky is wonderfully clear; you just feel yourself slow down here. The hotel's gardens are also charming, with well-arranged tropical plants and the subtle scent of frangipani, making walks incredibly pleasant. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from Chinese congee and dim sum to Western pastries, alongside freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit – every morning you can eat your fill and eat well. Our butler, Chloe, provided very thoughtful service; she was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very well looked after. This was a fantastic holiday experience, highly recommended."
