整個環境、沙灘、泳池的體驗感還是很好，人不多，小朋友大人都玩的開心不累。
服務方面：管家小哥響應非常及時，叫車、點餐等各項服務還是很滿意的。我們是3個家庭住一個別墅，直接給送了一箱礦泉水，還有很足量的軟飲，非常好評。入住第一晚發現院子蚊子還挺多的，管家直接給送了很多蚊子水和蚊香液，幫助很大。
房間設施：客廳燈太暗，對小朋友不是很友好。兩個側卧熱水非常慢，一開始以為沒熱水，得放差不多15分鐘才會有熱水，下水也慢…，熱水來了地上水都1釐米厚了…😂 客廳裏微波爐、電磁爐都挺全的，但是都要另收費才能用。餐具、碗筷什麼都沒有。泳池據説是2、3天換一次水，也有水循環系統，感覺是挺乾淨的，反正小朋友玩的蠻開心。但是每天都要請阿姨清理一下水池，池邊的樹會一直掉葉子。
周邊環境配套：整個酒店環境是不錯的，但是還是在相對偏僻的地方，吃飯、外賣的選擇都不是很多。酒店前台附近有個小超市，簡單的東西都能滿足，老闆還提供餃子、餛飩之類的，但是咖啡很難喝。
酒店的早餐也很一般，每人一份沙拉一份麪一份酸奶，衹能説吃飽沒問題，反正我衹吃了一頓。
總的來説這裏還是個很適合一家大小一起來玩的地方，期待值放低一些，腳步放慢，休閑的度過假期～

度假最後一站，孩子住的很開心，酒店的位置環境尚佳，管家紫榕的服務更是體貼入微。
PS:離海很近，可以看到海口的夜景，很美。

民宿定位的很高端，但是實際上服務完全跟不上。一開始很期待這個酒店，但是來了因為沒有管家提醒聯繫告知需要提前預約才能進入的原因，在門崗被攔。很不愉快。這是其他五星級酒店沒有的情況，其他的酒店都有管家提前聯繫告知注意事項。跟進服務。其次，行李送到房間沒幫拿進來就又拉走了，又送回來。然後主卧的門把手是壞的，關門的時候掉下來，門把手很重如果是孩子去關門的後果不堪設想。客卧的門把手也是鬆動的。會有甲蟲飛進房間，但是被我最後自己抓住了。可能是下雨的緣故，收拾用完的餐做衞生也並不及時。沒有24小時管家服務，別墅區很大，如果後半夜突遇突**況，比如身體不適或者有飛蟲等需要靠自己解決。優點是，房間真的很大，很適合很多人出遊。缺點就是服務配不上定位，不如其他五星級酒店，幾乎沒有太多服務，主要靠自己。人多值得來一下，人少可以不來。評分僅對此次的入住體驗並不好作出點評。
