先説優點 1.園區環境很好，酒店園區很大，內有温泉泡池以及温泉泳池:整個酒店分臻品別墅區（多層湯屋無泳池）、獨院酒店區、大型的温泉休閑區， 2.温泉池游泳池池乾淨，24小時不間斷出水 3.獨院出門就是游泳池和泡湯，很方便，三天兩晚游泳泡湯很爽。 4.因為近濕地蚊子很多，週末會有工作人員對着樹灌木草坪噴葯殺蟲，較週五蚊子有明顯減少 5.酒店有電車充電樁，不是快充再説需要改進的地方 1.訂的私湯獨院4人間，標註78平，應該是含院子78平，實際一個門廳一個卧室一衞，面積都不大，套內40多平，4人一張4米長大通炕，沒有沙發，室內活動空間小。 2.我們辦理入住是晚上8點，前台先是告知找不到預訂訊息，找到後又説預訂的不是當日是次日，我們提供訂單後，最終確認。 3.酒店地處偏僻，晚上8點入住後，酒店餐廳已停，沒有外賣可送。問詢酒店人員也知道去哪裡有飯店，後自行導航到村裡的飯店 4.早餐9點停止，對於一個度假酒店時間過早，早餐品種少質量不精，和入住價格不匹配，入住第一天吃過早餐後，第二天放棄。 5.沒有服務意識，獨院清理院子，推門就進，完全不顧及私隱，在酒店門口詢問服務人員相關情況，服務員推着行李車自顧前行，沖在客人前面進門。 6.入住第一晚，發現房間沒有wifa，換房時獨院外燈光全滅，漆黑一片，泳池泡池燈光全滅，第二天週末入住人多燈光就全開了，作為酒店運營，無論入住率多少，標準應該是一致的。 7.作為温泉酒店，房間內無浴袍，沒有標配的浴室防滑墊和地巾。 8.房間內有一篇損壞各種物品的賠償條款，感受不好。
