Dong Li Gu Cun was the most wonderful experience we had in China, with comfortable rooms and delicious meals. The staff is highly receptive and warm, with very good tips for the trip, and attention to details. We felt in heaven, in a awesome scenic area, with the true Chinese spirit.
There are many options of activities throughout the village, from craftsmanship of chopsticks, porcelain, preparation of traditional food and beverages and much more. There are also many activities for children. Special thanks to Xia, Kay and Chen, for the cultural immersion and special attention, since we were the sole foreigners in the village.
We highly recommend the Li River Craftsmen in the Spring Festival if you want to have a traditional experience, and we regret to spend only 4 days there, because we would like to stay at least a whole week. We intend to return in the near future.

You can't swim in this temperature. The disadvantage is that the hygiene is very poor! ! ! There was a smell of rotting meat when I opened the refrigerator, there were various yellow stains in the toilet, there was dust on my hands when I touched the table, the floor was not mopped all the time, it just took off where it was dirty, and the carpet was dark. I canโt believe that a room costing 500 yuan is in such condition. If it costs 200 to 300 yuan, I would go there again. More than 500 yuan is not worth it! There are many mosquitoes

The room was upgraded to a twin room, the breakfast was rich, and there was a group purchase for dinner. There was no sea bass to buy specifically for the children. I was very happy. Although it took a little time, I still like it.

It is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in this year. It has good sanitary conditions and service attitude. It is said that the surrounding area has the most delicious food in Guilin (mainly the food quality). The location is also good. It is only two kilometers away from the North Station and only a few minutes away from the West Railway Station. The station is also close. Shopping in Wanda is only 4 kilometers away. The upgraded viewing window is opposite the Li River.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service is called a good one and the staff is very enthusiastic. There are hot and cold drinks at the front desk, like brown sugar ginger tea, lemon black tea, this candy is also delicious, and there is free coffee and biscuits in the afternoon. More intimately, prepared toilet covers, face towels, floss, warm palace stickers these super useful things. I originally booked a twin room, but I had something to do temporarily and upgraded to a deluxe double room. There is a balcony tea set in the room, as well as a desk lamp. I am tired of eating a snack on the sofa. It is not too pleasant. The ancient building opposite the hotel is beautifully fried. If it weren't for the sun, I would definitely go to shoot a group of blockbusters. The breakfast is also very rich. I love that soy milk. I am quitting sugar. The sugar-free is too human. I will choose this hotel next time I come, it's really great!

This is my first time to review a hotel. This hotel must be rated five stars. The hotel service is very good. We originally booked a twin bed, but seeing that we were traveling with children, we immediately upgraded to a parent-child room for free. Say: Let us sleep comfortably. We arrived quite late in the evening (around 10:00 p.m.), the hosts were waiting for us. The room provided to us was very spacious, with two large beds, the shower was also large. We did not need anything. But the cleanliness of the room was not ideal.
