This was a wonderful stay with super clean room, great breakfast, and some of the best staff I've encountered in my significant travels. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I want to give a shoutout to Isabella who helped me with my goof on the IHG app. As an elder and the mother of 4-sons, I know eye-roll. She was superb, helping me get the app to my phone and get my points, never once making me feel bad! Awesome hotel and service - thank you Isabella

I had a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express. Kimberly was a fantastic welcome part - she was kind and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of items, hot and cold. Location was ideal, closely located to the beach. Beds are comfortable. Alex was incredibly helpful during check-out. The staff was friendly and attentive during my stay.

My husband and I checked in late after a very long day. Diana greeted us when we arrived and was so friendly and helpful to not only recommend a place to eat, but also looked it up on her phone to see if we would make it there before it closed. We were delighted with our dinner, and really had hoped to thank Diana personally. We have traveled for decades, but never had such a personal interaction like this. Diana is definitely an asset to your business!

This is a nice and restful place to stay. The breakfast was a real plus because of a really special employee named Denice who went way out of her way to make our stay a real nice experience. The room was very well appointed and very quiet. Five star stay!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Kim went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. Kim at the front desk provided a lot of information regarding restaurants, ****** info and shuttle info.

Make no mistake ~ I rarely ever do a review. But this couldn't go unmentioned. Alex and Diana that run the front desk were unbelievably courteous and super fun. They worked as a great team. If I wasn't mistaken... they actually appeared to enjoy being there. I would go out of my way to stay there again simply because of how I was treated. ~ Scott from Medford

Great price, clean property. Jose who works in the breakfast area is very hard worker, keeps breakfast area clean, makes sure food is available for quests, pleasant , a perfect employee that any hotel would be honored to have . Thank you very much
