Great customer service. From the initial booking call to check out, staff were helpful and friendly. They spoke kindly to one another and that was refreshing. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The breakfast offerings were great. Added bonus was chili and cookies in the early evening.

The room's are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Jill always goes above and beyond to make my stay present. This is my favorite place to stay when I visit the beach. The jacuzzi suit is a wonderful experience.!!!!! I have shared my experience here and have other friends and family stay here.

Very comfortable room for us and our dogs! The hotel is clean and comfortable without the disinfectant smell some hotels have. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cookies, Chili and a hot breakfast were very much appreciated.

Welcoming staff! This hotel was clean but a bit dated. We appreciated a good rate. The breakfast was good and your typical hotel hot breakfast. Parking was ok, but it was interesting to get into with a pickup truck. It was easy to get to and close to restaurants.

The staff were professional, hardworking, courteous, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nutritious and offered a variety of options. The coffee/ hot water machine was available 24/7 and also offered the option of what kind of brew we wanted. I loved having access to a pool and fitness room, though having robes for travel to and from the pool were not available. A beach and a park are located close enough to walk to and enjoy.

My husband and I took a weekend trip to Lincoln City. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to discover our room had been upgraded from a king to a king spa room. The room was clean, spacious, and lovely. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep quite well! Breakfast was decent and the staff was so friendly.

Okay, would have been nice if the communication between reservations and the property would have been correctly handled. Resulting in what I requested. Wanted a king-size but recieved a queen. Not what was desired bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbhhhhhhhhhh

Pretty good except the shower didn’t work. The tub faucet spout worked, but it wouldn’t transition to the shower part when the tub spout plunger was pulled. Kinda inconvenient. The layout was a bit maze like. The staff was great. The room was modern, clean and comfortable
