Always have fun stayed 3 nights great accomodations good parking,food ,hotel and ****** ,stayed a few times ,will go back! The staff at twin is always professional , pleasurable and accomodating have been going for years but only staying at hotel last couple of years ,they give me good comps...

Room was clean, airy, spacious, and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower and toiletries. Room also had a mini frig, coffee maker, and 2 small bottles of water. ****** area has 2 food courts, and many restaurants.

Horrible experience. Reserved an accessible ADA room. Assigned a regular room. When we called front desk, it became clear the clerk didn’t know what an ADA room was! Had to get someone from housekeeping to explain it to her. The bed in 5be room was extra tall…in a room that is supposed to be accessible! Asked for extra pillows. Was told the hotel doesn’t have extra pillows to give out! I could share more like how hard it is to get into the hotel, the fight in the hallway at 1:30 am when people were literally bouncing off our door, and the total lack of amenities, but this review would be too long. Bottom line…there are many nice hotels nearby. Stay at one of them. This hotel lacks professional management, has poorly trained staff, and is a bare bones facility
