Excellent customer service. The gentleman in the evening shift who looked after me was very wonderful. My hotel room was just perfect. Very comfortable mattress. Very cozy. The view of the Lincoln Cathedral was fantastic. The bar staff were very friendly. All the staff members were very professional and polite. The breakfast staff looked after me very well. There was an intermittent problem with the shower controls that I forgot to mention at the hotel. Room no. 350. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel service is pretty good. There are many kinds of breakfast. After all, it's owned by Hilton. But The facilities are really old. The carpets are too old to be washed. The hotel should consider renovating and upgrading. The pictures are of the surrounding environment. I have to say that the small town of Lincoln is very comfortable and comfortable.

Was a really clean, welcoming hotel experience. The room was great, plenty of space & felt very relaxed throughout my stay. Bed was nice and comfortable. Room did feel a little warm at times, even with the temp turned down. Staff at the front desk were really lovely. Happily stay at this hotel again.
