The service at reception was very friendly. We were offered an upgrade on site for €15/night, which meant we were in a renovated room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the lake. We can't say anything against the room facilities, but we didn't have WiFi reception in the room. The room service was mediocre, we had to make our own bed two days in a row. The outdoor area is definitely in need of renovation and is only impressive because of the view. However, the numerous parking options and the location (10-15 minutes walk to the center, but there is also a shuttle for €1.5 per person, each trip) are positive points.
The breakfast was OK, unfortunately there was little choice for vegetarians and the large hall and the noise reminded us of a canteen. We preferred to have dinner in the city, which would have cost €22 per person in the hotel.
Overall, solid for a 3-star hotel, great view but a big minus point: no WiFi!
