The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located in a very convenient area of town and the staff were very friendly.

Difficult to find…no parking have to park in garage across the road! Rooms very small and no where to sit other than the bed! Bathroom very small! Rooms above bar and very noisy and I mean noisy!! No sitting area …no bar to have a drink or restaurant except next door which is a bar and very packed!! Would not recommend this for anyone other than people who want to be near bars…hen parties etc Not for tourists who want to relax after a day exploring!!

Hotel right in the middle of the Old Quarter and perfect for visiting most popular spots. It was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel warned us in advance about noise from bars late into the evening during the weekend but our room overlooked a nightclub and the noise from revellers talking and shouting in the street below went on until at least 1.30am on a Monday and Tuesday night. The windows were double glazed but poor quality so didn’t keep the noise out. Such a shame as this is an otherwise lovely boutique hotel.

ciao a tutti, abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 2 notti. Ambiente caratteristico buona colazione in stile irlandese posizione praticamente in centro . adiacente al hotel ce un parking a pagamento circa 10 euro a notte. pulizia buona l unica pecca camera matrimoniale piccola. Cobsiglato per un breve soggiorno

A large group of us stayed here while attending a concert in the nearby milk market. The rooms were lovely and spacious. It worked out at about €60 per person with a really nice cooked breakfast, with 4 per room. The location was perfect but bare in mind it is over a bar so was noisy until the early hours. I would recommend to any one and would definitely recommend for a decent, cheap spot in the city. It was clean and well maintained. No parking on site but there was a multi-storey next door that was very reasonable.

Keep away - this is not worth your money. We stayed in Limerick only for one night and agreed to book a central and pricy hotel. Avoid this place if you want so sleep. Live Music from pub feels like the concert is in your room, even if windows are closed. No information about this in advance or during check in.

Piacevole Sorpresa!!! hotel ubicato nel centro di Limerick personale gentilissimo e professionale camere pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort colazione da migliorare… unica pecca : i rumori essendo ubicata a fianco al pub fino alle due di notte beviamo sentito i rumori degli addetti alle pulizie !

Je ne comprends pas que l'on puisse appeler cet établissement un hôtel. Impossible d'y dormir , aucune insonorisation de la chambre. Nous avons de ce fait eu droit à la musique, aux cris et à un concert durant toute la première partie de la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est restreint et n était servi qu'à partir de 9h. Quand on pense au prix de la chambre ..... Notre pire expérience en matière d'hôtel .

Not possible to sleep in room 101 every night there is a concert or disco and no acoustic isolation We had no advanced notice about this. Don’t book here if you want to sleep We spoke to the manager and he said it our fault Incredible really incredible
