This was our 2nd time in Palmera after it was renovated. Had a great few days there, most AMAZING professional and polite staff, we were given access to a superb room, with beautiful sea views and plenty of space. The combination of price, location, staff and hotel quality is simply unbeatable. We are making this or only hotel destination in Hersonissos irrespective of time of year

Stayed at this lovely hotel, right on the sea front, for 10 nights. We booked a Superior room with sea view, not sure what was superior about it apart from the sea view and bath robes (no belts) and slippers, but it had everything we needed. The shower was good apart from the water draining away, itcwas very slow so we had to keep turning the water off until it drained. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed even though we had left them hung up. Having mobility issues I really appreciated the ramps all over the hotel inside and out. We were AI and the three buffets per day were varied enough not to get bored and the food was good. The AI drinks were OK apart from the wine, which I think was Retsina and too harsh for us. We mainly drank beer ( not bad), and the local brandy and ouzo which were fine. It would have been nice if one or two cocktails were included on the AI menu but the cocktails we paid for were good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Angela and Valarious (apologies if I've spelt it wrong) on the bar in the evening were efficient and friendly. A big shout out to Mr Nikos on the fruit juice and coffee machine, he was a ray of sunshine each morning at breakfast with his big Kalimera greeting to everyone and always ready with dietary advice. The pool is very small and we didn't use it but the sunbeds on the lawn at the back of the hotel were the most comfortable sunbeds we've ever come across and we've tried a lot. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't be averse to a second visit.

Very nice hotel, located in a central place on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities and room are clean and well maintained, restaurants are good. The place to come and relax and a good spot to tour Crete. Was with my wife an two teenagers October 2024

We enjoyed our first time in Crete a lot. The hotel is near the beach, the seaside room with the incredible view was amazing. The room was clean and was tidied up every day. All members of the personal were absolutely friendly and kind. We booked only breakfast, but ate also in the restaurant next to the hotel very often, the food was fresh and delicious. We can recommend to visit this hotel!

The best hotel I've been to! Modern rooms, very large and spotlessly clean. Incredible sea view, very close beach and fantastic restaurant with very tasty food and drinks! You should also try the desserts, they are the best I have ever eaten. Also the breakfast was amazing. The best place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Highly recommended!

Ich bin für eine Woche im Hotel und bin super zufrieden! Sehr zentral, gepflegt und sauber. Der Tag fängt in der Früh schon super an, dank des immer freundlichen Personals. Besonders Mr. Nikos und Vasyl beim Frühstück sind jedes Mal super herzlich. Das Essen ist top! Große Auswahl, tolle Qualität und sehr lecker. Auch einen tollen Service machen Katharina von der Bar und Michalis vom Restaurant. Ich komme bestimmt wieder! I love Kreta! 😍

For my first holiday alone, Palmera Beach Hotel was a great place to go! The hotel is modern and stylish, and located right on the sea front, where there are lots of restaurants and shops right on the door step. The room I stayed in was so clean and I slept amazingly on the first night (which is not usual for me). The hotel feels so safe and the all the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food was lovely and all in all I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during my first holiday by myself. Thank you Palmera Beach Hotel, I will see you soon.

First of all the hotel is very modern, stylish and clean. The view is amazingly beautiful next to the sea, where you can hear the sound of the waves splashing ( I love it ). The whole staff is friendly and kind, willing to help you feel you're at a special place. The hotel's restaurant is terrific. Everything we ordered was delicious, from food, desserts to ... Cocktails. We all enjoyed our stay at PALMERA. IT WAS PERFECT.
