Primeiro quarto que me deram, estava com o benjoeiro sujo, o segundo (281) estava com a fechadura da porta estragada….precisam de mais atenção
Café da manhã delicioso e hotel bonito!
Fiz uma reserva para 30/05 POR ENGANO aqui no Trip e mesmo com bastante antecedência, cancelei no site mas tentaram debitar no meu cartão….vou monitorar essa situação, espero não ter problemas

O hotel tem uma área de lazer incrível. Bastante natureza e uma piscina enorme. O atendimento do pessoal também é excelente. Porém, infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência no quarto. Simplesmente mal consegui tomar banho porque estava entupido o ralo e alagou o banheiro. Avisamos a equipe de manutenção, porém não tinha o que fazer. Além disso, o exaustor do banheiro não funciona e não tem toalha de mão, somente uma toalha de banho. Fora isso não tenho do que reclamar.

Hotel bem localizado , quarto bem espaçoso e reformado com cama e travesseiros confortáveis e chuveiro uma delicia. `
A única coisa que achei estranho foi ter apenas uma toalha de banho sem oferecer a de rosto e o tapetando de banheiro.
Foi uma experiência boa e eu voltaria .
