Not all staff knowledgeable about area amenities or services. There are 3 free electric bus routes within San Isidro boundary. Except for complimentary 2 bottles of water, there was no coffee or water offered. Room was large and nice, but like all the other hotels, duvet was heavy and too warm, if you don't crank the A/C cold. Walking distance to cliff-top walk along Pacific Ocean. Close to a supermarket.

Remodeled and a better stay.
I’m a recurrent customer to the hotel. Recently the new administration has remodeled the hotel and is better than before. The staff is the same and friendly.
