there were no waiters by the poolside although there were around 50 people there. the food took 1 hour to arrive and order was wrong and 1 dish missing which took another 45 minutes to arrive. Had to go look for waiters to get a drink. Food is average but expensive for what it is. Pool was green, (algae) to top it all i was blocked in the car park by inconsiderate drivers so took another 35 minutes to get out. Never to go again waster of money

Stayed here as part of a large group while in Lilongwe. The hotel was lovely, super friendly staff, in the reception and in the bar area. Rooms are nice a spacious with great facilities, warm showers and comfy beds, with mosquito nets provided if wanted. The hotel grounds are incredible, lovely settings with plenty of space to wander around. Would certainly recommend

The kids water park is amazing. It was unexpected as in previous years when I come here the cafe and large pools for adults were additions. Now I see the kids get more fun then the adults :) Just kidding it's great all round. I will be back next year

This place is nice quiet and it suits everything business, family and even just a visit wooooooh see you soon, if you are talking of the workers their nice, loving people, the food was that good that we did not regret our money, it is a peaceful place where you can even work no one bothering you.

I stayed here for a number of nights while working in Malawi. I stayed in one of their double rooms and also lodges. Both were lovely. The staff were very attentive and always on hand to help. The rooms were clean and each had its own mosquito net. We had a buffet each evening which was lovely and plentiful.

We spent one night at the start of our trip to Malawi at Eden Estates, the staff were friendly and helpful, we struggled initially with the Wifi but we were assisted by a staff member and after that everything worked well, the room was clean and everything worked, the meals were ok , breakfast was basic , the rate we paid vs the value we got we feel Eden Estates is good value but there are a few areas where they can work on, the area is beautiful with the trees and lawn and it was very quiet in terms of traffic noise etc which was great.

We had such a great experience and the staff were amazing. Eden estate is a gorgeous venue and we really enjoyed the food. Definitely will return with friends and would recommend it to everyone. What a great experience 🌸

Beautiful location with wonderful birdlife. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the room with it's King size bed and mosquito netting protection. Came with tea and coffee making. The breakfast was yummy. Lovely grounds to walk around. The bar area was a lovely also.

We booked the cheaper room from *********** and were more than happy with the standard, space and quality of the room. The room is joined to the gardens throughout the Estate and 2 minute walk from the restaurant and bars Our rooms were always cleaned throughout the stay and the helpers were so friendly There was national power cuts but these rooms have their own solar power so we could always charge our devices We will be back next time we are in Malawi, as it's a quick drive from the airport
