Very nice hotel and good value of money. Great location just 10 min walk from main train station, and the lounge is very well equipped.

L’hôtel, bien que idéalement situé avec le parking juste à côté, ne vaut absolument pas un 4 étoiles. Il est du niveau d’un ibis. Nous avions une chambre côté rue de Bethune et c’était hyper bruyant. Pas de petite serviettes de toilette, juste deux draps de bain. Une cafetière mais pas de bouilloire et de thé en chambre, pas d’eau. Oui il y a le club mais un 4 étoiles doit proposer ça en chambre. Les halls sont impersonnels et les communs en général un peu défraîchis. Désolée, mais vraiment déçue par la chambre et l’environnement intérieur de l’hôtel.

Très bonne expérience de cet hôtel. Literie, emplacement, petit dej, accueil... Cela fait plusieurs fois que je me rends et malheureusement le sauna est en panne. J'espère que ce service sera réparé rapidement. Je recommande cet hôtel a Lille.

We stayed at this hotel in the Centre of Lille for a short city break and were very pleased with it. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean with a nice roof top view from the window. The air conditioning worked well and the space was modern, well organized, light and airy. There were water coolers on every floor and the eating area provided a buffet style breakfast, hot beverages throughout the day with complementary nibbles and a plate of appetizers at night. The staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. There is a small gym available by key card . Check out was generous and we were able to use our room until 12.00.
