Hôtel bien placé et personnel très agréable.
Couchage très inconfortable matelas qui glisse et alaise bruyante et trop grande.
Climatisation très bruyante
Entrée dans la douche trop étroite.
Odeur nauséabonde à l'accueil

Très bien accueilli par une dame sympa. Reçu la documentation sur Lille dès notre arrivée. Petit déjeuner copieux, chambre agréable avec 1 grand lit + 1 lit d'une personne. Facilité de parking en réservant via Ibis (à 400 m) et grand place à 200 m de l'hôtel.

Nous sommes venus à Lille à l'occasion des Jeux Olympiques et avons réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très prévenant, l'hôtel très bien situé pour toutes les sorties à pied ou en métro. Nous avons juste regretté des problèmes d'aération, peut-être dus aux travaux de rénovation en cours lors de notre séjour.

It is difficult to recommend this hotel. It is close to the centre, but the public car park recommended is actually opposite an Ibis Styles which looks like a better option. The car park is tight and the reserved places are on the 4th floor. The reception area and upstairs corridors smelt of drains. The windows have air vents and therefore noise from outside disturbs your sleep and there are no options to close them. Additionally, it appeared that several of the guests were craftsmen and came home late and left early. The hotel has been built in an old building and the rooms have a strange layout. The room price did not represent value for money.
