二十天的歐遊，轉了五次的住宿，這間是價錢最貴、性價比最低、服務最差的一間酒店，我極少在評論給予差評，在沒有選擇的情況下選了沒有空調的住宿，即使是晚上大部份時間要打開房門才能降溫，因為房間內只有一個細小的窗口，可憐一對孩子睡在客廳，全晚無法入睡，不斷有蚊子從窗外飛進來，四晚總共給蚊子釘了超過20處的咬口；還有吹風機突然燒著出現火光，然後一陣燒焦味，到前台沒有任何後備設備提供，史上最差的住宿體驗。還有最為憤怒的是，其中一位工作人員高高瘦瘦，不是年青的男人，名字叫Patrick，態度極度惡劣，沒有嘗試處理問題並且不斷逃避解決問題，這也是我多次歐洲住宿體驗中遇到首位最差的工作人員，Appart'City Confort Lille Grand Palais 的領導們，全球經濟已非常差，我們身體力行來支持奧運，希望您好好改善環境及教導前線員工的工作態度，這是任何一位旅客最基本的住宿條件。

Nous sommes venues entre amies pour le week end. Appartement pour six personnes spacieux et bien agencé. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par le personnel. Merci beaucoup... Le'petit déjeuner est copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Nous avons apprécié qu en cas d arrivée tardive, il y a une boisson chaude et des viennoiseries fraîches à votre disposition.

rien n'a dire appartements propre. Les femmes de Chambre très a l écoute et professionnels et aussi la gouvernante qui connaît très biens sont métiers. Petit déjeuner très copieux . Et très bonne accueil et a revenir très bientôt pour vous revoir

Habitaciones amplias, muy cómodas con área de cocina bien equipada. Las camas son cómodas. Desayuno con buena variedad. La habitación tiene un espacio de trabajo y buen lugar para la ropa/valijas. Con estacionamiento en la propiedad. No es céntrico.

Good memories of our stay in this city apartment. The welcome was pleasant, the apartment spacious for 4. The bedding was comfortable. Despite our proximity to the 4 lanes we did not experience any noise pollution. The breakfast was plentiful and the choice varied. Small downside for the view from our apartment window. We recommend the family apartment.

Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay here. Beds were comfortable and there was a lot of choice for breakfast - well worth the cost, the kids loved it and it kept us fuelled for lots of walking and sightseeing. Pros: breakfast is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean (except carpets). Next to a busy road but couldn’t hear it much at all. Walkable to city centre and train stations. Cons: apartment was clean but the carpets were very very stained! Could hear loud talking from apartment next door - I assume they had opened their windows so they could smoke? Not sure. Stopped well before bedtime anyway so didn’t keep us up.
