Le site est vraiment remarquable et bien aménagé, avec un personnel disponible et agréable tout au long du séjour. Cependant, la chambre, bien que propre, est assez petite et désuète, et la douche manque de pression. Le bruit constant dans les couloirs perturbe le calme, tout comme la piscine, bruyante et de petite taille, avec trop peu de transats rapidement pris d’assaut. Le hammam, tellement exigu, en devient presque symbolique. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est sans grande originalité, et l’absence de cuisinier pour des préparations à la demande est surprenante. Enfin, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking et facture le service voiturier.

Belle façade et très bien placé. La cour intérieure avec le bar est très belle. Le service n est pas celui d ‘un 5 étoiles : chambre mal nettoyée, plus d’une h d’attente pour le room service, petit déjeuner très standard, on est réveillé par les travaux dans la rue le matin, porte dressing cassé et donc retirée, Check in en ligne inutile car perdu.

A very beautiful hotel with a history. We stayed here for two nights. Upon entry, we were greeted by Thomas, he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. The front desk staff as well as the breakfast and bar went above and beyond in guest service. We did not have an opportunity to enjoy the spa but the facilities were very clean and welcoming. Within walking distance to Lille city and an Uber ride away from Fromelles where we went to the Museum and walked through cemeteries from the World War which displayed the sacrifices made to ensure our freedoms. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lille.

Family escape in Lille, smooth arrival and stay thanks to the loyalty program Marriott Bonvoy and the Marriott app facilitating the overall stay. The room is nice, great location to discover Lille, the building is beautiful and must be visited during your stay. The breakfast is wonderful, various and the team makes sure you enjoy your start of the day. The pool and spa are great to relax as well.

Magnifique ! Ancien bâtiment de caractère avec une histoire (ancien presbytère) superbement transformé en hôtel Que dire de plus ! Personnel super sympathique, le patio magnifique ou le bar est installé. Piscine et spa top sans oublier le petit déjeuner varié Je recommande vivement, je pense une de mes meilleurs expériences Si vous êtes de passage à Lille à ne pas manquer

As with every stay we've had at l'Hermitage, this stay was exceptional. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are particularly outstanding--attentive, knowledgeable, anticipating needs, genuinely concerned. Even before we arrived, our room had been carefully chosen for us. The front desk recognized me as I walked in--amazing. The breakfast is high quality, a wide variety, delicious. Here too, every staff member is so attentive and thoughtful. The hotel itself is "for the ages" beautiful, unique architecture and beauty.

Nous avons passé un weekend à Lille à l'Hermitage Gantois le weekend dernier. L'hôtel a beaucoup de qualités, mais la literie de notre chambre était très inconfortable. J'ai même été réveillée en pleine nuit à cause de douleurs au dos et ai dû me lever et faire des étirements pour soulager les tensions. Un matelas aussi usé est une honte pour un hôtel de ce standing, surtout au prix de la nuit! Nous en avons fait part à l'accueil le lendemain, puis nous avons envoyé un mail à la direction, mais à part des points de fidélité, rien d'autre ne nous a été proposé en termes de compensation. Une expérience plutôt désagréable donc, à laquelle on ne s'attend pas dans un établissement aussi réputé.
