Hotel central , idéal pour visiter et à quelques stations de metro du stade Mauroy.
La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres.
La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche.
On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince.
Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé.
Le personnel était accueillant.
Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé.
Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante.

All the staff very nice at all times and very helpful. Our room was very spacious well decorated and clean. The bar area was excellent. Breakfast was excellent too lots of choices.

Points négatifs : la chambre familiale ne correspond pas du tout à la description qui en était faite sur le site de réservation (pas de coin salon ni de chambre "séparée"). Les toilettes étaient bouchées à l'arrivée (jamais vu ça dans un hôtel 4 étoiles !). La salle de bain manque d'équipements (ni sèche-cheveux ni rangements) et est mal entretenue (parterre à moitié arrachée). Le petit-déjeuner est correct sans plus pour ce niveau d'hôtel. C'est plus anecdotique, mais la décoration de la chambre est négligée (une commode de style, mais "factice" avec des chevets de lit jaune modernes, aucun élément de décoration au mur). Points positifs : le lit est confortable et la chambre est calme. La terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel offre une jolie vue.

Savouring a glass of veuve cliquot on the rooftop bar, with view on the belfry, opening the window in the morning and seeing the grand'place in all its early-morning beauty. Large room, copious breakfast. My 65th birthday will never come again... But we will visit this hotel again very soon !

The room was very large and beautifully decorated, and the staff were really well trained and helpful. However I did expect better than paper cups for the in room tea and coffee facility in a 4 star hotel. This is not good for the environment or the guests especially as the bar which was a roof top one and didn't serve any hot drinks another first for me in my experience of 4 star hotels! Worst of all was we couldn't get any sleep as walls and ceilings seemed to be paper thin. We could literally hear everything being said and done by our neighbours.
