The hotel is in a great location, just inside the South Gate and next to the back door of InterContinental. The front desk guy had a great service attitude. He arranged a tatami room very considerately, took us to see the first and second phases, turned on the humidifier in advance, prepared welcome fruits and a minibar, and got a band-aid for our child when he fell. The electric car driver took the initiative to help take the luggage and delivered it to the South Gate when we left.
