PIRE EXPÉRIENCE!! Je suis présentement dans un appartement Peron de smartflat. Pour commencer, les photos ne ressemblent en rien à la réalité. Le lavabo coule, il est impossible d’utiliser le four à cause de son odeur, pas de lumière dans une des chambres, le congélateur est brisé, le ménage n’avait pas été fait à notre arrivé, la liste est longue. Nous avons essayé de contacter le propriétaire, de belle promesse ont été fait, mais sans résultat. Nous nous mettons en danger à chaque fois que nous quittons l’appartement dû aux itinérants qui occupent le passage. Nous devons de faire accompagner par la police à chaque soir. La porte d'entré ne barre pas en bas et une escorte laisse rentrer ses clients et d’autres individus dans l’entrée. La porte d’entré a été « réparé » trois fois depuis notre arrivée mais n’est toujours pas fonctionnel. Nous avons eux une confrontation ce soir avec des gens qui souhaitent rentrer. PIRE APPARTEMENT

Excellent location and should have been a great stay. However, we didn't have enough bed linen for all the beds, despite arranging 2 months previously. The flat was filthy. The sofa bed was so broken that we couldn't sit on it and, when opened out, we had to prop one of the feet on top of a book. The mattress was disgusting - stained and torn. No help whatsover from Smartflats employees manning the phones. 12 phone calls, 2 e-mails and photos sent as proof of our complaint, Smartflats refunded a small amount and apologised. Do not use unless you check first that the sofa bed has been replaced!
