Salus Smart & Chic Hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my son for three nights and what I really liked was that the beach was only a minute's walk from the hotel. We had booked breakfast. This was in the form of an extensive buffet and fresh scrambled eggs, fried eggs or pancakes were prepared on request, which we really enjoyed. The staff also kindly informed us that these were freshly prepared for us. Overall, all the staff were very friendly and we always felt comfortable. We had a double room with a sea view from the balcony and it was actually smart and chic :-D We had a small air-conditioned room that offered enough space for two people. In addition to the bathroom with toilet, bidet and spacious shower, it had a large double bed, two bedside tables, a large wardrobe (which we didn't use), a table with a built-in small fridge for our drinks, a chair and a 32-inch TV. There were even a few German channels which my little one used in the evenings for children's programs (Super RTL) while I enjoyed the sea view on the balcony. Around the hotel we found streets with restaurants, a *********** and lots of shopping opportunities. Typical for tourists *laughs* I thought the prices for the food were OK, but the small "supermarkets" are quite expensive. All in all, it was a nice short vacation and we will remember it for a long time :-)

NON è un 4 stelle, bensì un 3 stelle scarso. Abbiamo preso la camera vista mare laterale…orribile. Bagno a misura di bambino (spazi ridottissimi), claustrofobico, ogni volta che ci si faceva la doccia si allagava il bagno. Non c’erano nemmeno i campioncini di bagnoschiuma/shampoo, ma solo un dispenser che non si sapeva nemmeno cosa fosse (zero etichette o altro). Pochissimo spazio anche per appoggiare i propri beauty e cose per il bagno. Passiamo alla camera: arredi molto datati, a partire dalle luci fino ad arrivare al clima: non c’è il classico condizionatore con il telecomando, ma c’è un impianto centralizzato rumoroso e datato. In più, ogni volta che si entrava in stanza c’era un odore terribile. Avevamo prenotato una camera doppia e dalle foto avevamo visto anche una scrivania: quando siamo arrivati, ci è stato detto che avevamo avuto un upgrade ad una camera tripla. Peccato che noi fossimo una coppia e del terzo letto (brutto da vedere) non ce ne siamo fatti nulla, occupava solo spazio. Il telecomando della televisione era imbustato in una busta sporchissima. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel anche per la colazione, che dalle recensioni sembrava bellissima. E invece, per noi amanti della colazione dolce, è stata una grandissima delusione. C’è poca scelta, i croissant sono scarsi e davvero poco riforniti. Alle 9 di mattina i croissant al cioccolato erano finiti e non sono mai stati ripristinati. Ampia scelta solo per quanto riguarda le uova…che però noi non siamo soliti mangiare a colazione. Unica cosa positiva le crepes. Inoltre, al momento della prenotazione ci avevano garantito il parcheggio anche il giorno della partenza (ovviamente a pagamento): l’ultimo giorno ci hanno detto che il parcheggio non era più disponibile, sconvolgendo tutti i nostri piani. In più, in un 4 stelle è inaccettabile che il noleggio delle biciclette sia a pagamento. Abbiamo alloggiato in diverse strutture 3 stelle a Jesolo, e non ci è mai capitato di dover pagare il noleggio delle bici (ben 3€ all’euro). Sconsiglio vivamente, non ci torneremo.

We had reserved 3 suites (bedroom, separate lounge area, coffee machine) We received 2 suites and 1 classic room (not even an armchair to sit in the latter). No coffee machine The gentleman at reception was very bad faith and made us pay for the 3 suites under the pretext of a superficial affair. The least we could have done was pay for what we received and no more. No commercial gesture

Very small room. Bathroom from another age. Very unpleasant smell of disinfectant. View of the glass elevator so no privacy on what we use as a balcony. It's not a 4 star
