"I don't know how's the local standard but at international standards the hotel has horrific service. Unfriendly staff. There's a sauna+jacuzzi but it's only free from 9-14. On some days the jacuzzi is too cold, on others it's warm, sometimes they forget to clean it on time in the morning and open it late. The water are almost always dirty. The food at breakfast is okasyish but bland, it's almost identical every day. It usually looks like it was prepared the day before (stale bread, poor looking vegetables...) the building is falling apart, water leaks, waves of sewage smell. You can hear people walking in the room next to you and above you."

"We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights, came yesterday and when we came to our room there was so much noise from the road that is right under our windows. So sleeping in wellness hotel means you will hear the noise from cars each 1 minute, but the most disappointing thing for us was attitude of staff who works on guest reception, we asked them to help us and just to change the side of the room, but the men was shouted on me that he can not help and that he is tired, asked us to go to reception the next morning to speak with Kristina. Next morning we came to Kristina and kindly asked to change our room, but her negative attitude was even worse, she did not even try to help and told us that she can not do nothing (( We also had no wifi in room, but after they fixed it, thanks. But generally need to say that even if the hotel is nice and so many people make their best to feel guests comfortable, front desk needs to respect their guests, it is very important in any situation."

The breakfast room was also overcrowded, and the tables were close together. The buffet, however, was very good. The service staff at the reception desk were less than friendly."

"Check-in is self-service, and can be done online, but Trip.com doesn't provide guest information, so we had to rely on a random hotel employee for assistance. The room is small, with a kettle, refrigerator, and tea and coffee. The linens are clean, but the bathroom is small. The hotel has ample free parking and is a 10-minute drive from the center of Liberec. The breakfast is very good, and a free coffee machine with sandwiches and cookies is available throughout the day. Overall, if you have a car, this is a very decent option for an overnight stay of one or two."

"Parking is very limited, especially since a coach parked directly in front of the hotel instead of driving into the bus parking bay. So there was no parking space available in the hotel car park. The bathroom was still covered in hair from previous guests, the beds were not made despite requests. Sheets were not straightened, pillows not fluffed, duvets simply laid over the entire bed, unloving and somehow a shame. The service is getting worse every year."

"Hotel is really small, what i usually like. Service was really good. Rooms and public aress needs littlebit update. We rented spa area for us and liked that really much. Breakfast is small, but we didn’t left table with hunger and what they have there is good enough. Free privat parking is always nice thing. Location of this place is quite odd. There is nothing nearby, but tram stop is quite nere and taxi to city center is cheap. Place is recommendable."

"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages ​​in addition to Czech and English. In this complex you can find, all indoors, a water park, children's amusement park, spa and wellness area, as well as restaurants, cafes and some more shops. Finding everything is a bit chaotic at first, but like everything, you get used to it. The rooms are spacious, somewhat old but well preserved, it is a real 3*** if we stick to the Spanish standard. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

Close to the center, but uphill, so here's a warning for people with poor condition. The only thing that's tragic is the way of checking in. I had to enter a 6-digit code on the device, which I didn't receive. The staff gave me one, but it didn't work. I ended up having to drive 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card. Fortunately, I was traveling by car... We read about this problem earlier. It seems even more strange that the problem hasn't been fixed for a long time."
