"The service was poor – lazy and incompetent. The room was cleaned without a care – not even the glasses were washed! The coffee wasn't refilled. Table water as a "welcome"? That's something completely new! I've traveled to dozens of countries and have never encountered anything like it. Poor. We definitely won't be returning – there are enough other, better, and probably even cheaper hotels. And a hotel with such a history doesn't even meet the average standard."

"We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel, even though it was just for one night. Both check-in and check-out were self-service, and everything was clear, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. We didn't encounter any staff until breakfast, which was extensive. Despite it being early morning, they were all very pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was a genuinely lovely atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and everything was in perfect order. The hotel's excellent location is also a big plus. Even with our short stay, we left with a very good impression and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel."

"It is a complex in the city of Liberec in the north of the Czech Republic, near the Polish and German border, in fact most of the information is in these languages ​​in addition to Czech and English. The prices are not bad, as is the Czech Republic in general, the people are efficient, but not too friendly (they are not unpleasant either). The hotel restaurant (Atrium I want to remember) is not bad for the price, and the only bad thing is that the hours are not Spanish type. To say something bad about the hotel, the restaurant staff literally harasses you to take the empty (or not empty) plate off the table and if you arrive in the last third of the lunch and dinner hours you will find almost all the dishes finished. and in none of the days I was there did they replace what was running out. It is centrally located and there are many shops in the surrounding area."

The queue at the breakfast buffet was very annoying. There weren't enough seats, and we had to wait in line until we were assigned a table. The breakfast room was also overcrowded, and the tables were close together. The buffet, however, was very good. The service staff at the reception desk were less than friendly."

"We booked 3 nights and left after one night and were very disappointed. The room was very small, the bed was between the wall and the window so you had to get in and out from the front. On top of that, the bed squeaked and creaked. Because it was so cramped, there were no bedside tables. Although the hotel advertised a wellness area, whirlpool and pool, we weren't even allowed to look at them. Use was only possible from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and it was fully booked as only one couple/family is allowed in the wellness area for one hour at a time. The breakfast was varied and fine. The Prosecco we had booked as a welcome drink was also missing. Overall, the hotel is in need of renovation, as the plaster is falling off the walls even in the rooms. You can also hear every door closing, so not much of a relaxing experience."

"We are staying in this hotel for 5 nights, came yesterday and when we came to our room there was so much noise from the road that is right under our windows. So sleeping in wellness hotel means you will hear the noise from cars each 1 minute, but the most disappointing thing for us was attitude of staff who works on guest reception, we asked them to help us and just to change the side of the room, but the men was shouted on me that he can not help and that he is tired, asked us to go to reception the next morning to speak with Kristina. Next morning we came to Kristina and kindly asked to change our room, but her negative attitude was even worse, she did not even try to help and told us that she can not do nothing (( We also had no wifi in room, but after they fixed it, thanks. But generally need to say that even if the hotel is nice and so many people make their best to feel guests comfortable, front desk needs to respect their guests, it is very important in any situation."

Close to the center, but uphill, so here's a warning for people with poor condition. The only thing that's tragic is the way of checking in. I had to enter a 6-digit code on the device, which I didn't receive. The staff gave me one, but it didn't work. I ended up having to drive 2-3 kilometers to another hotel to get the card.
