In addition to the small facade and easy to walk through, the room facilities are comparable to those in the hotel: there are separate toilets, hair dryers, humidifiers, heating blankets, bath heaters, etc. in the multi-person room. I have to give a thumbs up, the service is great, the room is clean, but the air conditioning temperature in the room is not very high. I told the housekeeping staff, and the housekeeping manager immediately arranged for the waiter to send a heater, and the room temperature rose a lot. Thank you! I always choose Homeinn when traveling, even in Lhasa, but I don’t know until I compare. I know that many Homeinn hotels in Lhasa are terrible. I recommend this Jicai. The price is about the same as Homeinn, and the area, environment, and sanitation are much better than Homeinn. A little bit!

The experience is quite nice in general, they provide room assistant and free laundry services up to five pieces of clothes each day. The environment is relaxing and clean. The staff are professional, nice, kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again, and also wanna give a credit to my room assistant 小雪 with her prompt replies and kind assists.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt very uncomfortable with altitude sickness. The boss thoughtfully sent me items to relieve altitude sickness and kept asking about my physical condition. When I asked about the price, it was cheap, so I booked a regular king-size bed room. The owner directly upgraded it to a 180° king-size bed room. Lazhen at the front desk was very welcoming ❤️ The Indian food on the first floor was also very delicious ✌🏻 This is the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in.

On the second day, I put on a disposable four-piece set and didn't need to clean the bed covers. But they didn't even clean the sanitation. There was garbage on the floor and it was not cleaned up. However, from beginning to end, a young man with glasses had a good attitude and handled the problem in time, so I gave him four stars for service. There is really no other point worth choosing.

The equipment and facilities of this B&B are top-notch in Lhasa. Each room is equipped with more than 2,000 top-level equipment. Oxygen machine, the oxygen production effect is far superior to ordinary oxygen machines in ordinary B&Bs and hotels. If it is your first time to come to the plateau, you must stay in a room with this kind of oxygen production effect. The air conditioner, humidifier and large-screen projection are even more exciting.
The humanistic care brought by the B&B is unmatched by other hotels. The boss and the landlady are super enthusiastic, and there is also a handsome chef who cooks delicious food. The hotel parking lot is not large, but you can give the car keys to the security guards, who are responsible for parking the vehicles.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

You can see the night view from your room at night, which is great. The restaurant upstairs is relatively expensive in Lhasa. Dinner is OK, and breakfast is average. The hotel has all the necessary facilities. My family didn't have altitude sickness, so we didn't use the oxygen supply.

There is also facial cream, which will not dry out after you go out. The breakfast is also very good. There are Tibetan noodles and butter tea. You can add beef cubes and pork ribs to the Tibetan noodles.
