The amenities are comprehensive: all rooms have 24-hour diffused oxygen supply and humidifiers with adjustable oxygen flow. They even thoughtfully provide nasal cannulas and oximeters, perfectly addressing the challenges of high-altitude hypoxia and dryness. The bathroom is designed with a wet/dry separation, offering stable hot water all day. Tea sets, charging facilities, and high-quality toiletries are also fully equipped, showing great attention to detail. Cleanliness is absolutely impeccable. Guest rooms, hallways, and public areas are meticulously cleaned at regular intervals daily. The bedding is soft and odor-free, and there's no dust or stains on surfaces or corners; the bathroom is dry and spotless. From its prime location and comfortable living environment to its complete amenities and strict cleaning protocols, every aspect provides peace of mind. It's perfectly suitable for both solo travelers and those traveling with companions. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa."

"It should be an old hotel that has been renovated. The location is OK, about ten minutes' drive from the Tibet Museum. The oxygen concentrator is a separate one, which is a bit noisy but acceptable. The service is also quite enthusiastic. The breakfast is a bit sloppy. There is only one old-fashioned washing machine in the laundry room. It is worthy of the price."

They even offer hot congee at night, which is a really thoughtful touch for guests coming back late. The butler-style service is excellent and they respond to requests promptly."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Potala Palace, within walking distance. It's also near shopping malls, so you have plenty of options for shopping and dining, which is very convenient. Basically, it's close to everything. The front desk staff are also very professional and accommodating. It's a great hotel, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come by myself in the future, and I'd recommend it to friends too!"

"Pros: First time visiting Lhasa, and the room facilities are brand new. The diffused oxygen system is a great touch, and the view is absolutely fantastic – you can gaze at the Potala Palace right from your bed. The parking lot is huge, and you can access Barkhor Street directly from the back door by just swiping your room key. Areas for improvement: The WeChat contact for the butler service, which comes with the room key, was very slow to respond after I added them. It might be handled by the front desk, but if they want to promote a butler service, I’d suggest having dedicated staff for it."

"The room perfectly blended traditional customs with modern conveniences, and the toilet was heated. The underfloor heating only went up to 20 degrees Celsius, which wasn't hot but not cold either. However, ventilation was a bit difficult; I'd get a headache as soon as I entered the room, but I was fine outside. I booked the room expecting complimentary sweet tea or milk tea, but it wasn't provided. On the bright side, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue."

"The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk even escorted me to my room, and I received a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Potala Palace. It was lovely to sit by the window and enjoy some tea. The only downside was the lack of parking; I had to park in the Shenli Plaza parking lot directly across the street, but the hotel reimbursed the parking fee."

"Good value. Unfortunately be warned the heating does not work, room was 12c throughout my stay!! I did not raise this with reception as many other guests had the same experience."
