"My stay was generally smooth. As a loyal ATUROS customer, I've always had high expectations for their service and hygiene. The front desk staff member who checked us in was very attentive and processed everything quickly. They also proactively offered a luggage cart, which was a great bonus. However, there's room for improvement in the service attitude and communication style of some front desk staff; their voices were a bit loud, and they didn't offer timely assistance when we had a lot of luggage, which made us feel a bit alienated. Overall, the hotel's basic facilities and the service from most staff members were good.
