"I stayed at Hotel Liss in Lezhë, Albania, for two nights, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a short stay. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were very nice and modern, and the service was excellent. There is an indoor and outdoor restart where you can eat excellent food while enjoying the panoramic view of the city. I was particularly impressed when a staff member Mr. T. Uldedaj approached me to ask about my experience at the hotel and requested feedback to improve customer satisfaction. I later learned he owned the hotel and many other businesses in the area, including another beautiful hotel, Hotel Joly, near the Hotel Liss. The Hotel Liss is located in the center of Lezhë, near important historical sites such as the Obelisk of Convenat of Lezhë yr. 1444, and the Church of Saint Nicholas, where the remains of Skanderbeg are preserved in Lezhë, known as Skanderbeg's Mausoleum and the Lezhë Castle. The hotel is also only 5.5 km from Shëngjin Beach. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit historical sites and enjoy beaches and Albanian cuisine."

Hotel Triumf Shengjin

"Bad experience with bedbugs. I strongly advise against the Hotel Triumf. During our stay, we encountered a bedbug infestation in our room. Upon arrival, the room seemed clean, but once night fell, bedbugs began to appear, including on my children's bed. I took a video of the bugs and showed it to the hotel manager, who insisted that they were just mosquitoes and that their presence was due to the fact that we had eaten in the room, which is inaccurate. Despite the clear video evidence of the infestation, the manager refused to accept the situation and remained defensive. After a long discussion, he decided to refund us, but also demanded that we leave the hotel at 1:30 a.m., along with our three children. We were forced to leave in the middle of the night, which was very uncomfortable and stressful. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from management is alarming. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as it appears unwilling to take responsibility for cleanliness and customer service. As travelers, we need to be aware of these potential issues."

"From the moment we arrived, the reception staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, making us feel comfortable right away. Throughout our stay, the service was excellent, and the team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist. The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is also excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and other amenities. A special thank you to Armando and the waiter working alongside him for their outstanding service. They were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Our order arrived quickly, and they made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Their dedication, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, our stay at Great White Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of excellent reception service, clean and comfortable rooms, a great location, and outstanding restaurant staff made this a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"It’s a hotel I will definitely choose again. Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool. The people who worked at this place was so kind and helpful. My friend and I spent about 1 week here and we didn’t want to leave. They offered taxi to different places like the airport. Helpful tips about how much the bus was going to cost so we didn’t pay too much. Food was amazing and the drinks we got tasted wonderful. Many cute animals and such a calm area. All you could hear was the nature around when you went on a walk around the hotel. Peaceful and amazing is two words I would pick to summarize the visit here. We just want to thank Alta, Erik and the many more people at this hotel who made it an experience we won’t forget❤️"

Gjilani Premium Hotel

"We stayed here the last week of June! I'm totally disappointed and the hotel kind of ruined the overall look and feel of our family vacation. We got a room on the first floor, which has nothing in common to the rooms shown in booking - bad looking, cheap furniture, leakage on the wall above the double bed. In the bathroom, the faucet was partially out of order, causing bathroom floods. In addition, the slope of the bathroom floor is not towards the siphon, but towards the room. The result you can guess. Our room was not cleaned until I asked at the reception for toilet paper and soap on the 4th or 5th day of our stay. In result, three rooms were cleaned. The next door guests were unlucky, as the intimate shower faucet was also out of order and it seemed the cleaning lady didn't turn it off completely, so their whole room flooded, including their suitcases, shoes, etc, left on the floor. But this wasn't even the worst. The hotel staff gave a mop the guest lady and told her to clean the room herself. I took a picture, see attached! On top of everything, it was really offensive that the hotel staff went to the room to count the linen (pillows, towels, etc), before returning our ids, which they held during the whole stay!!!"
