房間乾淨整潔，服務人員態度很好，但是地處偏僻，生活設施配套不齊全！晚餐沒地方吃，早餐簡單也不熱！

酒店硬件以及所處環境非常不錯，趕赴昆明特地繞行一百多公里，翻山越嶺前往體驗，並想第二天去遊玩天坑景區，可惜天公不作美，來錯了季節。傍晚到的時候，山上正在下着綿綿細雨，而且氣温非常低，酒店的空調在工作人員的熱情調整下，但制熱效果一般，晚上十點多想加床被子，無奈前台電話已經無人接聽。導致晚上衹能穿着羽絨中間層入睡，4點多就冷醒了，起床一看空調已經自動關機了。草草吃了些酒店的早餐，因為去餐廳太早的緣故約七八點的樣子，大部分食物還是冷的。且用餐的餐廳也非常冷，就繼續行程。
因為路途比較勞累，加上沒有休息好，並且天氣原因，所以取消了天坑行程，實屬遺憾。酒店地理位置非常隱蔽，且周邊僅有一個小商店以及一家飯店。去酒店一定要確認天氣温度，否則體驗非常不好。為酒店的工作人員在如此的偏僻的地方工作且保持熱情點贊👍，實屬不易。

酒店在山裡，環境優美，非常安靜。房間設施齊全，衞生到位。 如此設備齊全的大酒店，19:00餐廳已經關閉了，沒有房間送餐服務，如果能夠為顧客服務，提供晚餐就不負其大酒店的的硬件了。

房間不錯，就是想吃晚飯，連餐廳都沒有，也不算是淡季了，結果沒地方吃晚飯，還是開車半小時去的縣裡買的，這個確實很不方便。

酒店環境，服務都非常好。但是不是自駕的話還是不要選因為沒車出行很不方便。想打車根本打不到。偶爾能打到每個司機都要求加錢。其次周邊可以吃飯的小店大約兩個人要100+左右。
