Las facilidades de la piscina no estaban disponibles y pasamos una sola noche y nos cobraron 325 dólares y el resto del reembolso fue en cheques, no lo recomiendo, un lugar pésimo y la dependiente que nos atendió no supo explicarnos porque nos habían cobrado tanto por una noche, de sobre 600 dólares que pagamos, no volvemos a este lugar

Excelente servicio y los empleados muy atentos. El cuarto estaba bien limpio y acondicionado. El estacionamiento es un poco incómodo para vehículos grandes como pickups. La piscina estaba muy limpia y los alrededores de igual manera. El desayuno muy rico y fresco.

This is a basic hotel in the suburbs of San Juan. The big negative is the six lane road directly in front of the hotel. While most rooms are technically ocean view there is a very busy road between you and the ocean. It was incredibly noisy all night long with loud trucks and motorcycles. The quality of the room was 2 star level with a small dated bathroom. There was no microwave or refrigerator, which is now standard at most hotels. We were shocked to find out that they were charging over $400 a night due to a special event. Luckily, we were able to use points which made it much more affordable. The breakfast was just OK. The location is near Dorado and beaches. There are fast food restaurants and local shops nearby. Unless you can sleep under any conditions I would not recommend this hotel.

Todo estuvo bien pase un fin de semana relax con mi hijo buen desayuno solo que la lluvia no me permitio disfrutar de la piscina y que en fb havia visto que vendian pincho hamburguer empanadillas y cuando estuve no los tenian

We had a very enjoyable stay the rooms were clean and well kept and the service was fantastic Would definitely recommend this hotel We’ll be staying there again We had a wonderful view of the beach from our window and enjoyed the pool when we we were not on the beach

Remote yet close to metropolitan buzz, clean rooms, breathtaking views, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Friendly guests. I usually stay in tourist area/isla verde but will consider comfort inn Levittown first for next time!

I loved it just waiting on my deposit and it will be completely perfect the breakfast was good as well and the people who work at the hotel are nice and would definitely tell my family and friends to come
