È un hotel che utilizzo per lavoro, molto bello curato. Ottima la pulizia e l'accoglienza del personale. Colazione superlativa. Da un hotel di questo livello ci si aspetta però di trovare in camera un accappatoio, le ciabatte e un kit di cortesia con cuffia, spazzolino, dentifricio, cottofioc etc. Nel bagno mancano una mensola per appoggiare il beauty e un porta asciugamani. Sarebbero graditi anche nella stanza un appoggia valigie e uno specchio. Non è accettabile far pagare il noleggio dell'accappatoio e delle ciabatte per poter usufruire della tanto rinomata area wellness, suo fiore all'occhiello. Ciò nonostante merita un buon punteggio.

Das Haus ist empfehlenswert. Es gibt sehr wenig auszusetzen. Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Ausstattung, … sind wirklich überdurchschnittlich. Wir hatten Halbpension. Die Speisen selbst waren auch sehr überzeugend. Kritisieren möchte trotzdem den Umstand, dass die Planung im Service des Restaurants Mängel aufwies. Leider führte dass regelmäßig dazu, dass Gänge schlichtweg kalt waren. Wenn ich hier kalt schreibe, meine ich das auch so. Da ich das als relativ einfach vermeidbar halte, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, es hier anzuführen. Bitte Cristallo Team, nehmt das ernst, denn es war wirklich der einzige Punkt und Grund, keine uneingeschränkte “5 Punkte” zu vergeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Für ein Wellnesshotel dieser Größenordnung ist die Saunaanlage viel zu klein, für den Bademantel wird in einigen Zimmerkategorien extra kassiert . Im Badezimmer war keine ausreichende Beleuchtung, am Spiegel fehlt sie völlig, für Schminken u. in meinem Fall Augentropfen schwierig, auch im Ruheraum nach der Sauna keine ausreichende Beleuchtung zum Lesen (z.B. kleine Leuchten an den Liegestühlen), der Pool auch winzig. Das Frühstücksangebot bot wenig Abwechslung, fast keine Nüsse und Körner. Das Abendessen war ausreichend, wenn auch das Hauptgericht als sehr winzige Portion gereicht wird, die Nudel-Vorspeisen und Suppen waren so gut wie immer lauwarm, Käse abends nur gegen Aufpreis von 15 €. Keine Zeitungen im Hotel, keine TV-Liste im Zimmer, die Betten rutschen bei jeder Bewegung auseinander. Personal sehr freundlich

Das Hotel ist an sich Prima aber nicht als Wellnessurlaub. Für Rad und Bikeurlauber bietet das Hotel was man braucht und nötig hat. Bett und Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Man kann gut Schlafen die Matratzen sind gut. Aussicht aus dem 1 Stock nicht prickelnd auf die ungepflegte Häuser herum , der Parkplatz macht ein wenig Krach. Essen ist gut aber man kann besser. Vegetarische Hauptgerichte oder nicht zwei extreme wären gut. Die suppenvariationen von Cremesuppen reicht nach 2-3tagen der Sehnsucht nach klare Suppe war groß. Großem und ganzen für Fahrrad und Bikerurlaub super empfehlenswert. Für Wellness Entspannung für 1 Woche eher nein.

Recentemente abbiamo soggiornato un paio di giorni presso l’hotel Cristallo ed è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. Il personale attento e cortese, ci siamo trovati bene sopratutto con Elena, che ci ha seguiti per la degustazione vini, molto preparata e ci ha rapiti con ogni spiegazione. E con Mattia al bar, che è stato coinvolgente e molto disponibile. La stanza impeccabile e la cena al ristorante offriva una deliziosa gamma di piatti, tutti realizzati con ingredienti freschi e di buona qualità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Mooi hotel om vanuit te gaan fietsen of wandelen. Het maakt een strakke wat houterige indruk als je binnenkomt. Strakke inrichting. We kregen een kamer met twee balkons. Prima! Mooi uitzicht op het ( leuke) dorp. De kussens zijn zoals veel in Italië hard en dun. Bed was redelijk. We hadden incl. Ontbijt en incl avondeten geboekt. Ontbijt is prima. Het avondeten is wat ongezellig vanwege de inrichting en verlichting. Dat kan echt beter! Het eten was strak georganiseerd en heel redelijk. De wijnen waren prima. Het personeel was top! De informatievoorziening over wandeltochten en fietstours was super. Prima informatie die ook juist bleek. Het hotel heeft oplaadstations voor elektrische auto’s. Werkt prima! De sauna was heerlijk. Goed warm zoals het hoort. Prima extra voorziening. Kortom een goede ervaring. Het restaurant mag iets gezelliger. Personeel krijgt een dikke duim omhoog!

This hotel impressed us in many ways. We would certainly return for a longer stay. Great view over the valley, surrouned by mountains, with lake Caldonazzo in the distance. The hotel atmosphere is warm, calm and welcoming. In most areas one can detect the subtle scent of cut pine - it was renovated about 6 years ago we were told, and the interior is modern but relaxed. The staff are very pleasant and professional. We were checked in by the lovely Matilde who answedred all our questions - she had called us 1 hr before, just a courtesy call to make sure we were on our way and could find the hotel ok... :) Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our double bed was big, 2m across. Super. Breakfast on the veranda was amazing. So fresh, so much choice and my coeliac (keywords: celiac - celiaco - celiachia - senza glutine) was very happy when a membr of kitchen staff arrived with a selection of warm GF bread, even slices of GF cake! We would definitely return to try the dinner. No time to try the wellness area, as we arrived in the evening. Well... that's gota be an excellent excuse to return!

Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit freundlichem Service; die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der überdachte Balkon kann wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer genutzt werden und ermöglicht einen eindrucksvollen Blick auf die Trentiner Dolomiten. Das Hotel bietet sich für Aktivurlauber an, die die umliegenden Berge zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Motorrad erkunden wollen.
