L'hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel très agréable. Nous regrettons 10h30... l'évident manque de personnel au petit dejeuner: à 9h30 il n'y avait plus ni verre, ni bol, que les œufs brouillés étaient pratiquement vides, et le sont restés jusqu'à la fermeture à 10h30. Les tables peinaient à être débarrassées à temps pour les prochains clients..

Rooms are big and well appointed. The bathrooms are also spacious and it's nice to have the toilet separated. It is a pity that there is no longer a restaurant, but breakfast is served and it is a very good breakfast. A bit of a shame that the passage to the outside pool is not covered and nor is it cleared of snow!

Un hôtel dont le potentiel n’est pas pleinement exploité. Visiblement une transition s’opère pour que le site devienne une résidence et non un hôtel. Cela se ressent : les prestations ne sont pas les mêmes : l’accueil laisse à désirer et il faut s’attendre à laisser son véhicule dehors sous la neige et à galérer en arrivant pour trouver une place. Le restaurant et le bar sont fermés jusqu’à nouvel ordre et je conseille de réserver à l’avance dans un restaurant du village. Le spa est petit et manque d’entretien. L’ensemble est vieillissant. Les chambres sont néanmoins spacieuses, propres et confortables et le petit déjeuner très bien. L’expérience reste positive mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel luxueux ou à des prestations haut de gamme. Le personnel est très réduit et ne connaît pas encore très bien Leukerbad ( la jeune femme à l’accueil n’a pas pu nous renseigner sur les bains, n’ayant pas elle-même tout testé et nous conseillant un restaurant fermé à cette période ). Néanmoins, le personnel est sympathique et ouvert aux échanges. Je recommande ce lieu de séjour à des personnes qui veulent passer un bon moment au calme à Leukerbad mais qui acceptent de faire des concessions sur les services et équipements.

We stayed for 2 nights. We arrived by hiking to the hotel, hot and sweaty. We were greeted by friendly people and offered cool towels for our face and neck - so nice. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The care for our rooms and our needs felt like we were the most important guests. The pools are incredible. The outdoor pool on day one was cool and refreshing. On day two the outdoor pool was like the largest hot tub. Our son, thinking it would be cool, jumped right in without feeling it. What a shocker!!!! The indoor pool is warm and relaxing and perfect after a days hike. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Again the service was incredible, attentive but no over the top. The food is delicious.
